You're going to take a breath in and a breath out and close your eyes and in the darkness behind your eyelids you're going to begin to draw all of your attention inwards and connect consciously to your breath,
Feeling your breath as it fills your body,
Feeling your breath as it leaves you and empties your body and slowing down your breath just a little,
Deepening and elongating and now consciously allowing the breath to fill all of you from the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes to the top of your head,
Allowing the breath to fill every organ and system in your body and now we're going to connect ourselves to the earth and stellar stars.
So I want you to imagine that far,
Far above you up in the heavens is a golden ball of light and dropping down from this golden ball of light is a golden thread of light and it drops down,
Down,
Down all the way through the heavens until it arrives at the crown of your head and from here it melts into your body,
Continuing on its downward path all the way through the centre of your body until it arrives at your perineum and from here it exits your body,
Continuing on its downward path all the way to the centre of the earth where it meets another giant golden ball of light called the earth star and I just want you to feel this golden thread running through your midline,
Feel yourself held and connected as above so below,
Feeling the divine father energy of the cosmos watching over you and that divine mother energy of the earth nourishing you and holding you from below,
Consciously feeling this connection to your power source,
This connection to your divinity,
To your multi-dimensionality and we're going to begin to breathe now from the earth star to the stellar star and back again.
So you're going to breathe from the earth star all the way up that golden thread in all the way up to the stellar star and on the out breath breathing back down again from the stellar star all the way through the centre of your body to the earth star,
Breathing your connection up and into the cosmos,
Out and down to the earth,
Cleansing and clearing and activating your midline with an earth and stellar breath,
Breathing in to the stellar star,
Breathing out to the earth star,
Consciously clearing your quantum communication system,
That quantum core of your being,
That golden thread which carries all of the information about you,
Feeling your breath moving up and down,
Lighting up the midline and now you are going to bring your awareness to your heart centre and you are going to begin to bring this centre into conscious coherence with a breath of gratitude.
So I want you to breathe in and fill this centre with your breath,
Breathe in and expand this centre with the frequency of gratitude,
Feeling this centre activating,
Lighting up,
Growing with your attention and your intention to bring coherence to it,
Feeling your electromagnetic field expanding as you activate this centre,
Feeling the power of gratitude expanding this centre,
Feeling your breath light up this centre,
Deepening your awareness into this centre using your breath,
Your will and your imagination to dive more deeply into heart coherence and feel your whole being on every level and layer of your being coming into coherence in direct communion with your heart centre.
Taking a few more breaths,
Bringing yourself to a pause and now from the centre of your heart centre can you elevate your awareness up the midline until you arrive at the pineal gland centre,
In the centre of your head and we are now going to begin to activate this centre also,
Bringing it into divine coherence with our attention and a breath of gratitude,
Breathing in,
Expanding and igniting this centre,
Feel how this centre expands,
Reaching outwards,
Electromagnetic field moving out with every breath,
Activating,
Becoming alive and as you breathe coherence into this centre,
Feel your whole body responding,
Your whole being responding on every level and layer of your being,
Feel your energy,
Your emotions,
Your body,
Every cell,
Every organ,
Every atom and quantum particle coming into coherence in response to your attention and your intention with the breath of coherence.
And now can you begin to breathe simultaneously into both of these centres,
Breathing into the pineal and the heart with a breath of gratitude,
Feeling them both coming into synchronicity and divine communion,
Filling both with your breath,
Expanding both,
Lighting up both,
Activating both and as you breathe and feel the ebb and flow of your breath,
Feel these two centres beginning to merge and mingle with one another,
Merging together,
Coming into oneness,
Two centres of intuition merged into ultimate coherence,
Feel this sacred union of the above and the below and beginning now to change your breath and can you breathe the source field into this centre,
Breathing in and filling this centre with that divine intelligence of unconditional love,
Filling this centre with source consciousness and on your out breath breathing that intelligent love back to the source,
As within so without,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Feeling source consciousness within you,
All around you,
Through you,
With your breath,
With your intention and as you breathe with source consciousness,
Feeling yourself as omnipresent,
Feeling the boundaries of your body disintegrated,
Merged with all that is soft,
Loose,
Malleable,
Filling yourself with the source,
Filling the source with yourself and now from this place and space of omnipresence,
Can you begin to send yourself love,
Can you send yourself that loving care which you so easily give to others,
Can you send it to yourself,
Loving and caring for yourself,
Feeling all of yourself with consideration,
Admiring yourself for all that you do,
Holding yourself for the way you hold others,
Sending love to your body which works so hard,
Loving your limbs,
Your torso,
Your head,
Can you lovingly hold your own face and see what beauty lies there,
Gaze into your own eyes with the love of source and can you love your heart which has felt pain and joy and bliss,
Your beautiful heart that allows you to feel so much,
Love your heart for all that it does and can you love your thoughts knowing that your thoughts evolve you,
Teach you,
Show you yourself and can you love your hands that have held so much,
Your arms that have hugged so many and your feet that have walked the road of your life,
Sending all your body,
All your being,
All of your love and can you love your life,
This road of evolution,
Can you love your choices,
Your mistakes,
Your successes,
Can you love it all as part of who you are and can you love yourself in relation to everyone you've ever known,
Loving yourself that through even with challenging relationships or loving relationships you have done your best with others and can you love your soul,
Your spirit,
The divine element that moves through you,
That gives you life which is made of love in creation,
Can you love your own divinity,
Feel how much love you deserve and send it to yourself for yourself and as you love yourself in this unconditional way,
Feel your being responding,
Beaming out love back to all that is affecting change in your body and in everyone around you that you connect to,
Feel this love that you emit changing your life,
Feel this love that you emit opening your heart and holding this highest vibration of all,
Gently coming back into the room and opening your eyes.
