And before we begin,
I would like you to set your intention to use this meditation to heal yourself from the inside out.
So setting your intention,
And now closing your eyes and just beginning to become aware of your breath.
Just noticing your breath as it moves into your body and out of your body.
You're not trying to change it in any way,
You're just noticing it on its path.
Noticing you,
Calling you into your body so that you can heal yourself from the outside in.
And now I want you to drop your awareness to the first energy centre at your perineum.
And I want you to imagine that there is a red ball of light in the middle of this centre.
And as you focus your energy and your awareness in this centre,
I want you to turn on a red torch beam coming out from this centre,
Out of the front of your body,
And at the same time beaming out towards the back of your body.
So you're seeing this torch beam of light,
And as you focus on this,
I want you to send your energy and your intention into this beam of light and this centre.
Amplifying the colour red and amplifying the energy of the light.
And as you have your awareness here,
If you see any light colours in this centre that appear cloudy or fragmented or with sediment in it,
I want you to use your intention and the torch beam to allow them to dissolve and be replaced by the clearest,
Most beautiful red energy colour.
So really seeing the colour and the energy of this centre changing and becoming beautiful and bright.
And now,
From the middle of this centre,
I want you to travel your awareness up your body just a little to the second energy centre at your lower abdomen.
And as you do this,
You're pulling the red light up through your body until it arrives at this centre and turns into the most glorious orange colour.
Imagine the ripest,
Most delicious orange at your centre.
And when you're ready,
I want you to turn on your torch beams shining out front and back from this centre,
Turning on the light,
Creating the brightest,
Most beautiful orange beam.
And as you do so,
Using your attention and your awareness to dissolve any colours within this chakra which are not the purest of orange,
Dissolving any fragments or shadows and just allowing the purity of that orange to beam out of you.
And now,
From the centre of this chakra,
Pulling up orange light until you arrive at the third energy centre in the middle of your stomach,
Which is the most golden buttercup yellow.
And seeing that orange light merge into a golden buttercup yellow ball of light.
And now turning on your torch beams and expanding and sending that light out from you forwards and backwards,
Amplifying the colour yellow and the purity of the energy there,
Allowing any discordant colours,
Cloudiness or sediments to dissolve away in the strength and energy of this golden yellow light.
Feeling yourself clear and energised in this centre.
And now pulling up this yellow light from the middle of this centre,
Up,
Up,
Until it arrives at your heart centre,
Your heart chakra,
The purest,
Greenest grass colour.
Seeing that yellow merge into a beautiful lawn of green.
And now turning on those torch beams of green light,
Sending your energy out front and back,
Elevating this frequency,
Creating the most beautiful green light,
Allowing all other colours that don't belong in here to just dissolve away in the magnificence of this green beam of light.
Using your awareness to clear and energise this centre.
And now travelling this green light up through your body until it arrives at your throat centre,
The most magnificent,
Purest sky blue,
Allowing that green to dissolve into this endless,
Infinite blue.
And now turning on your torch beams front and back,
Amplifying this blue,
Purifying this chakra so that any cloudy colours within it or discordant energy just melts away.
Using your awareness to make this blue the most beautiful colour you've ever seen.
And now travelling that blue colour up to the top of your neck area in your head,
Where it meets an indigo colour,
The deepest,
Darkest,
Starry night colour of this chakra.
And seeing this light,
I want you to turn on your torch beams forwards and backwards,
Allowing this deep indigo to clear any fragments of colours or energy that doesn't belong in here,
Dissolving away all that does not serve you,
Purifying and energising this energy centre.
And now travelling this indigo up just a little to the energy centre in the middle of your head,
Behind your eyes,
Which is violet.
Seeing this beautiful colour at its centre and now allowing your torch to burn brightly,
Forwards and backwards,
Amplifying this colour,
Purifying this centre,
Allowing any cloudy colours or fragments to dissolve into its purity,
Its brightness,
Its energy.
Feeling yourself becoming clearer and more energised.
And now bringing this violet colour up higher still to the energy centre above your head in space,
The purest,
Whitest energy.
Feeling that purity as snow,
Breathing into it.
And now I want you to allow this energy centre to create around your entire body the most beautiful,
White,
Transparent egg shape,
So that you are encased within this centre of white light,
Safe and whole,
Pure and clear,
Protecting you and holding you.
And as you move your awareness out just a little to the edge of this egg,
I want you to observe your new energy field,
With every chakra in perfect purity of colour,
All the same size,
All aligned perfectly around your body and within this egg.
And just breathing here for a few moments,
Seeing yourself as you really are,
Feeling your new energy and knowing that when you come back into the room and open your eyes from this meditation,
You will feel clearer,
Brighter and more whole.
So when you're ready,
Gently coming back and opening your eyes.
