And now I would like you to begin a rhythmical breath.
Breathing in long and slow,
Breathing out long and slow.
Breathing in,
Elongating your breath,
Breathing out and elongating your breath.
And as you breathe in and out,
You are allowing each breath to bring you more fully into your body.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing the breath to flow through you,
Removing all resistance,
Grounding you within your own body.
Allowing each breath to relax you.
Allowing each breath to centre you.
Allowing each breath to bring you into an awareness of your physical being.
And now can you set your intention to boost your immune system?
So setting your intention and allowing that intention to land within you.
And now can you bring your awareness to the earth beneath your feet?
And can you bring your awareness to the energy of the earth beneath your feet?
Feeling the enormous vibration and energy of creation beneath your feet.
Feeling the power and the life force of it all.
So just connecting yourself with an awareness of the life force creation of the earth upon which you rest.
And now I want you to imagine that the life force energy of the earth is moving up your body and going into all of the bone marrow within your body.
Feeling that life force rise up from the earth and enter you and fill every bone marrow within your being.
And as it does so,
Beginning to feel your bone marrow lighting up with the power and the vitality of this energy.
Feeling all the bone marrow in your body vibrating,
Illuminating,
Activating.
And as your bone marrow becomes activated by this life force energy,
Beginning to see it responding with a smile.
Knowing that it is feeling alive and vibrant and healthy.
And now I want you to bring your awareness to your spleen behind your ribs on the left hand side of your body.
And as you bring your awareness there,
Begin to feel that life force of creative energy rising up from the earth and entering your spleen and filling it up.
Seeing your spleen illuminate,
Become vital,
Become energetic and radiant.
And seeing its smile illuminating perfect health.
And now allowing that life force energy of the earth to rise up in you and begin to fill your thymus gland which is in the middle of your sternum behind your heart.
Seeing this organ filling up and illuminating.
Feeling that energy vibrating within it.
Seeing this gland radiating a smile functioning at full capacity,
Vibrant and alive.
And now elevating your awareness to your tonsils and feeling this life-giving energy of the earth rising up through your body and beaming into your tonsils,
Illuminating them.
Seeing the energetic field within your tonsils lighting up and expanding healthy,
Radiant,
Whole.
And as your tonsils light up you see a smile within them beaming out,
Happy to be whole and healthy.
And now beginning to feel all of the mucus membranes throughout your entire body.
And as your awareness connects in communion with these mucus membranes you are imagining the earth sending a vital energy,
That energy of creation and life into every mucus membrane.
And as your mucus membranes ignite and activate with this life force you feel them illuminated,
Bright,
Vibrant and responding with a smile.
And now bringing your awareness to all of the lymphatic vessels and the lymph nodes throughout your entire being.
And sending and drawing up energy from the earth,
The energy of pure creation into your lymphatic vessels and the lymph nodes.
Feeling every single one of them in your entire body beaming and radiant,
Ignited,
Working at full capacity,
Easily,
Vibrating with health,
Shining with ease and joy,
Happy to be doing what they love to do and smiling at you.
Feeling all of these vessels and nodes lit up and activated.
And now drawing up this vital life force energy from the earth into every cell of your skin.
Feeling this vital energy charging and activating all of the skin that covers your entire body.
Feeling your skin radiate,
Beam,
Health and light,
Energetic,
Working perfectly,
Illuminated,
Healthy,
Vibrant,
Alive.
And feeling your skin smiling in contentment.
And just taking a few breaths here.
And feeling every organ within your immune system working with ease at full capacity.
Your bone marrow,
Your lymph vessels and your lymph nodes,
Your thymus gland,
Your skin,
Your spleen,
Your tonsils and your mucous membranes.
Every one of them lit up in communion with you as a community of your immune system.
Vibrant,
Alive,
Functioning at full capacity.
And as you feel yourself entirely illuminated by this system,
Beginning to send all of your love and all of your gratitude to this system,
To your brain,
To your being.
For the time and the effort that you have taken to join your immune system in communion and to reprogram it from a higher mind into fully functioning and full capacity.
And just feeling this gratitude fill you up.
Gratitude for this beautiful system who is always working for you day and night.
And now I want you to release this intention into the field.
Allowing source consciousness to see what you have created and to work with you to bring to full fruition the intention of your activated immune system.
