Close your eyes and relax to the best of your ability in this moment.

Then let go.

Follow the instructions in a very loose and gentle way.

If your mind wanders,

Trust that simply allowing the words to play inside of your mind with or without your focused attention is good enough.

Now turn to your breath.

Breathe with me as I time your inhalations and exhalations.

Again,

Be gentle and loose.

When you feel yourself contracting,

Expand.

Don't try to breathe.

Let the breath breathe you.

Inhale through your nose.

Now exhale through your mouth long and slow.

Keep going in this way as I cue you.

Do not worry if you fall out of sync.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Keep going.

Be free and loose and easy.

Long exhalations.

Slow breath.

There is no rush.

Just listen.

You are on a journey to transformative healing.

You are finding deep relaxation that permeates every cell of your body.

You relinquish any desire for control.

You accept yourself and all experiences as part of a larger story.

You cannot know the outcome of.

You distance yourself from your thoughts.

You distance yourself from your emotions.

You step into the seat as the wise intuitive nature of pure being.

Resistance melts off of you.

You no longer fear emotions.

You no longer get wrapped up in negative thinking.

You see emotions and thoughts for what they are.

Energy impulses that move through you.

Instead of resisting,

You become the open gateway.

Allowing everything to flow with ease.

When your body and mind contract and tighten,

You experience this as a trigger to expand.

In this expansion,

No stress,

Whether real or perceived,

Has any long term negative effect on you.

You find great freedom in this and your body-mind takes on the form of easy,

Confident grace.

You see that the anxiousness that you have experienced in the past was not an enemy but a loving friend,

Visiting to tell you the truth of your ultimate nature.

You are beyond anxiety and fear,

Worry and discomfort.

You become pure love,

Pure relaxed ease.

Everywhere you go,

You exude this freedom and ease to all of those around you.

You emit a radiant,

Confident energy that relaxes all who enter into your flow.

Because you have created distance between these emotions and thoughts which are not you,

You stop judging and criticizing and interfering with reality.

You trust things are exactly as they should be.

You are an open vessel and life flows easily through you.

You feel free and relaxed,

Even amidst tension,

Which is not yours but the nature of the various changing aspects of physical reality.

You feel calm and confident even in the most stressful situations.

You are relaxed and carefree.

Joy is your birthright.

Love is your birthright.

You rest in this easy,

Flowing,

Carefree nature of your ultimate potential and you use this newfound presence to bring more good into this world.

Take a deep breath in.

Let it out long and slow.

Two more times.

Deep in.

Long and slow out.

Now let go.
