Transcript

This mindfulness practice will serve as a gentle transition.

A transition from the outside world into your inside world.

Take a moment to acknowledge that you have arrived at your therapy session.

And close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

And begin to focus on your breath.

Your breath being the anchor that grounds you to this moment.

Allowing the jaw to release.

The shoulders to be heavy.

And feel fully supported by the surface beneath you.

This is your time.

Your space to be yourself.

Take a couple more deep breaths to settle into your body.

And honor how you're showing up today.

Cultivate an intention for your therapy session today.

And take one more deep,

Calming and cleansing breath.
