This is a meditation on cord cutting.

If you feel there is a relationship,

A situation,

A memory that you feel energetically connected to or drained from,

This is the meditation for you.

So start by sitting or laying down in a way that you feel very supported.

If it feels comfortable and safe,

You can close your eyes.

And just start to notice the fluctuations of your breath.

Inhale,

The exhale,

Maybe the space between.

And the next time you inhale,

Imagine that there is an energetic line from the soles of your feet all the way up to the top of your head.

And then as you exhale,

Again travel that energetic line back down to the soles of your feet.

Inhale,

Imagine that there is an energetic line from the soles of your feet all the way up to the top of your head.

And as you exhale,

You travel that same energetic line all the way back down to the soles of your feet.

Practice this a few times on your own.

Maybe your breath is getting a little longer.

Maybe the energetic line has a color or a texture.

We're going to start to make a little bit of sound to start to activate different parts of our system and awareness.

So next time you exhale,

Start to make a humming sound.

So you'll inhale through your nose,

And you'll hum as you exhale,

Sounding like,

Mm,

Repeat this a couple times.

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale,

Make the humming sound.

Feel the vibrations in your mouth and your body as you exhale.

Three more like this.

Now you're going to make an oh sound.

So again,

Inhale through your nose and go oh.

So you can go a little louder each time.

Oh.

Feel the vibrations in your body.

Three more like this.

Oh.

Last one like this.

Oh.

Now you're going to go ah,

And just allow the jaw to open and the sound just to fall out.

Inhale through your nose.

Ah.

So you can go a little louder each time.

Ah.

Three more like this.

Ah.

Ah.

Last one.

Ah.

And then just allow your energy to settle.

Feel the vibrations settle in your body.

And then notice where you have an energetic cord in your body.

There's no right or wrong place.

Just notice where it is.

Maybe you know who it is attached to or what it is attached to.

Maybe it has a color,

A texture,

A size.

Take a hold of this cord and start to remove it from your body in any way that seems appropriate.

Maybe you pull it.

Maybe you cut it.

Maybe you burn it.

Maybe you snap it.

There's no right or wrong.

Whatever appears is how it's supposed to be.

Once that cord feels removed from your body,

Just take a few moments here,

Maybe coming back into your breath.

Notice what it feels like to have any,

Maybe all,

Or maybe just part of that cord removed.

Notice the freedom that it gives you.

You can repeat this meditation as many times as you would like.

Maybe coming back to the same cord if it needs a few times to release.

Maybe new cords will show up.

Try not to intentionally fill the space that these cords have created.

By creating space for things that no longer serve us,

We will often be filled with things so much better.

Allow that to unfold in its own time.
