Third Eye Chakra

This is a short third eye meditation. You could enjoy this on its own, or with other chakras. There is not a bell at the end, so sit and enjoy as long as you wish.

Take a few deep breaths in and out of your nose. Imagine your inhale goes all the way up to the top of your head, And your exhale goes throughout the rest of your body. Imagine this breath for the rest of this meditation. Today we will be focusing on our third eye chakra. It is located in your brain. Its color is purple. This element is air. And it represents our intuition and our intelligence. You can imagine as you're taking your breaths that your inhale is gathering that intuition and the exhale is sending that throughout the rest of your body. Your inhale gathers that intuition that you always have. The exhale sends it throughout the rest of the body. The affirmation for this chakra is I know. I know. The sacred sound for this chakra is om. You can say it with me or you can allow my vibrations to move through your body. Om. You
