Welcome to this meditation for healing.
I'm honored to guide you through this meditation and to be part of your healing journey.
Taking all the time you need to arrange your body to be as comfortable as possible.
Closing down the eyes and letting them drop back and down,
Heavy in their sockets.
Begin to quiet your mind,
Leave the outside world behind and become present in this moment.
If you're using this meditation for treatment,
Being patient and kind to yourself and accepting yourself as you are right now.
Knowing that this treatment is just one step towards better health.
Starting to bring in a simple breath to help calm your nervous system.
Inhaling two sips of air in through the nose and exhaling out of the mouth.
Exhaling two sips in through the nose,
Really filling your lungs with air.
And then exhaling through the mouth,
Releasing all the tension and stress,
Letting go of anything that is no longer serving you.
Exhaling several more times like this.
Bringing all your attention to your forehead and allow the skin on your forehead to release and soften.
Soften the space between your eyebrows and the skin at the corner of your eyes.
Soften your cheekbones,
Your lips and let your tongue rest back,
Heavy and soft.
Seeing any tension that you're holding onto in your jaw,
Allowing the whole face to soften and release.
Breathing to my voice as I guide you to gently contract and release different muscles in your body.
Not squeezing too tightly or holding your breath,
Just a subtle gentle contraction,
Continuing to breathe naturally throughout.
Even by feeling into the right leg,
From the toes to the top of the hip,
Bringing all your awareness to your right leg.
And then with the smallest movement possible,
Gently squeeze all the muscles in the right leg.
On the exhale,
Release any contraction and completely soften your entire right leg.
And just noticing how your right leg feels,
Aware of any energy or sensation.
Moving all your attention to your left leg,
Conscious of how your left leg feels from the tip of your toes to the top of your hip.
Gently contracting all the muscles in the left leg as you continue to breathe normally.
On the exhale,
Release the contraction,
Noticing all sensations in your left leg.
Bringing all your attention to your right arm from the tips of your fingers to the right shoulder.
Breathing all the muscles here gently,
The fingers,
Hands and biceps.
And then exhale,
Releasing the contraction.
And notice if there's a rush of energy into the arm as it softens and releases.
Bringing your awareness to your left arm,
Noticing and sensing.
Breathing naturally and gently contracting the left arm and hand.
And then on your next exhale,
Let it go,
Releasing the muscles and letting them all sink down,
Feeling your upper arm,
Elbow,
Forearm,
Hands and fingers.
Noticing sensations in the left arm.
Awareness to the back of your shoulders and neck,
Feeling where your shoulders and neck make contact with the surface beneath you.
And then gently squeezing the shoulders up towards your ears as you breathe.
And then releasing,
Noticing sensation and softening your shoulders down even more.
And then bringing a gentle contraction into all the muscles of your body at once.
So the legs,
Arms,
Feet,
Shoulders,
Belly and face all gently contracted.
And then exhaling and releasing the whole body with a deep sigh as you soften down into stillness.
Just noticing how your whole body feels.
Continuing to take smooth,
Even breaths,
The belly and chest rising and falling.
There's nothing to do but listen to my voice.
Bringing all your attention to your heart space and just acknowledging all the people in your life that love and support you.
Thanking and honoring those who are helping you on your journey.
Your body filled with gratitude for all the people who are sending you love.
Acknowledging the team that's supporting you.
Doctors,
Nurses,
Technicians,
All the team that's working together to help you attain optimal health.
If you're using this meditation for treatment,
Just welcoming and allowing the medicine to flow through your body.
Imagine all the cells of your body working together with the medicine.
Your body and the medicine working together.
Visualize the medicine cleaning your body and getting rid of any cells that are no longer in.
Visualize your body healthy and whole.
Your health improving on every level.
Letting go of other people's stories and just focusing on your own healing.
Opening every part of your body radiating with vitality.
Taking every day as a new opportunity to heal and grow.
Having complete faith in your medical team and all the treatments that are available to you through the miracle of science and technology.
Grateful for being alive at this moment in time when there's so many cutting edge treatments available.
When you speak to your body in a positive and loving way,
The cells of your body are listening.
Knowing that the mind is incredibly powerful,
I invite you to listen to these healing and tension statements.
And if it feels right to you today,
You can repeat them silently to yourself.
Bringing in the intention statements,
I talk to the cells of my body in a loving way.
I am healing more and more each day.
Each cell in my body is balanced and healthy.
I am on the path of healing.
I acknowledge all the blessings in my life.
All things are possible to me.
I let love envelop me and recalibrate every cell in my body.
And then breaking in your own personal intentions for healing,
Whether they're one of the previous statements or a statement that you're currently working with.
Bringing in your personal healing statement into your mind's eye,
Really allowing it to encompass and inhabit your whole being and repeat it silently to yourself three times.
Lithra.
As we begin to rotate your attention through your body,
I invite you to imagine a wave of healing energy flowing into each part of your body.
A wave of healing energy flowing from one body part to the next.
Begin by bringing all your awareness to the very top of your head.
Feeling into the surface of your head,
Noticing any sensations and sensing or imagining the wave of healing energy flowing through the crown of your head,
Through the sides of your head and through the back of your head,
Flowing through both temples.
This wave of energy flowing into the deepest parts of your mind.
Imagining all the lobes of your brain and brainstem infused with this healing wave of energy.
Imagine allowing the energy to flow down into both of your ears.
All the neurons in your ears listening and translating waves of vibration into sound.
Feeling energy flowing into the space between the eyebrows,
Flowing through the front of both eyes and the back of both eyes.
Any muscles behind the eyes,
Allowing the eyes to soften back and down into rest.
Feeling energy flowing down the bridge of the nose,
Past the tip of the nose,
Past both lips and circulating through the entire mouth,
The inside of the right cheek,
The inside of the left cheek,
The roof of your mouth,
The tip of the tongue,
The base of the tongue,
The entire mouth all at once filled with energy.
Healing energy flowing through both sides of your jaw and down into the throat,
Flowing through the center of the throat,
Into the center of your chest,
Your heart center.
Notice of healing energy flowing through and radiating out of your heart center.
The energy moving into the right side of your chest,
Down the right shoulder,
Past the elbow,
And flowing into the right palm of your hand,
Then flowing into the right thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger,
And the tips of all the fingers on the right hand,
Whole right arm filled with healing energy,
Waves of energy flowing up and down the right arm.
Breathing your attention back to the heart center,
Waves of energy flowing through your heart center,
Infusing your heart with healing energy,
And then flowing over to the left side of the chest,
Down the left shoulder,
Past the elbow,
And into the left palm,
Wave of energy flowing into the left thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
And fifth finger,
And then the whole left arm,
Healing energy permeating the whole left arm,
Coming back to the center of your chest,
And flowing the energy down through the navel and into the belly,
The belly filled with warm healing energy,
Flowing the energy down through the right hip now,
Flowing energy down the leg,
Down the upper leg,
Past the knee,
The ankle,
To the top of your right foot,
Flowing through the big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
And then the whole right leg at once,
Filled with sensation,
Moving back up the right leg,
And then over to the left hip,
Wave of healing energy flowing down the left upper leg,
Past the knee,
Through the ankle,
And into the top of the left foot,
Flowing through the big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And fifth toe,
Whole left leg filled with healing energy and vibration,
Bringing awareness to the back of the body,
Flowing the healing energy through the back of both heels,
Through both calves,
Through the back of both knees,
Energy flowing up the back of both thighs,
Through the back of both hips,
Flowing up the spine,
Starting with the base of the spine,
Through the sacrum,
The lumbar or low spine,
Through the mid spine,
And then the upper spine,
And then the whole spine and all the vertebrae vibrating with this healing energy,
Flowing through both shoulder blades,
Through the back of the neck,
The back of the head,
And the top of the head,
And then flowing into the mind's eye,
Flowing into the space right between your eyebrows,
And deeply resting here,
Filled with a healing energy.
Each cell of your body vibrating in harmony,
The whole body bathed in healing energy,
Becoming fully present in your body,
Noticing without judgment any sensations arising,
Fully inhabiting your body the best that you can,
Welcoming everything you feel just as it is,
Tuning into your natural rhythm of breath,
Without changing your breath in any way,
Just noticing the inhalations and exhalations,
The belly and chest rising and falling as you take each breath,
Connecting to the rhythm of your breath,
The pauses at the end of the inhalation and the end of the exhalation.
On your next inhale,
I invite you to visualize or imagine a golden healing light flowing into your body,
Flowing in through the crown of your head and feel it spreading through your entire body,
Breathing in this divine golden light and sensing it flowing down through your body,
Flowing through your entire head,
Through your neck,
Your chest,
Both shoulders,
Arms and fingers,
Flowing down into your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Feet and toes,
Breathing in this golden light into your body at your own pace.
On your next inhale,
I invite you to imagine the golden light flowing up and down just the right side of your body,
Light flowing up and down the right side from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
All the cells of the right side of your body lit up with this golden healing light.
And on your next inhale,
Move over to the left side of your body,
Imagining the golden light flowing up and down the left side as you breathe,
Flowing from the crown of your head to the bottoms of your feet,
Left side of your body infused with golden healing light.
And then bringing the golden light to the middle of your body,
Flowing up and down the middle of your body with each breath,
Lighting up your whole being,
Healing your body on all levels.
Bringing your healing intention statement back into your mind and repeating it silently to yourself three times,
Letting it sink into the deepest levels of your subconscious.
I invite you now to imagine a blank movie screen in your mind,
Listening to my words and imagining them as if they're unfolding on a movie screen.
Begin by seeing yourself on the screen,
Lying down and resting in a place that is meaningful for you,
A place where you feel completely at home and at ease.
This special place could be somewhere you've been on a vacation,
Your favorite spot in nature or favorite place that you like to rest in your home.
Imagining yourself resting in this special place,
This place of inner refuge,
A space where deep rest and healing can occur.
Understanding all the sights and sounds of your inner refuge,
Noticing your surroundings,
Your fragrances,
Noticing the temperature of the air on your skin,
Noticing the time of day,
Color of the sky,
The texture of the surface that you're lying on and then inviting in anything else that will help you feel safe and supported.
Perhaps it's a beloved pet or a deceased loved one.
Perhaps it's imagining feeling held in the hands of God.
Whatever resonates deeply with you.
And then imagining that your sacred place is vibrating with a healing energy of golden light,
Feeling this energy flowing through your entire body.
Energy flowing and vibrating,
Creating a healing vortex.
Golden healing light present and flowing through you and all around you.
Tuning into this healing energy as peace and calm wash over your entire body now.
Sensing energy seeking out places in your body where the healing is most needed.
Finding you on a physical,
Emotional and spiritual level.
Being gentle and kind with yourself,
Knowing you're able to face any challenge.
Possibility of healing is limitless.

Coming back to your body and deciding whether you want to drift off into sleep or come back to a waking state,
Knowing that you're not alone on your journey of healing,
