Meditation Timer OnlineSarah completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 with the intention of deepening her own practice and became inspired to share this meaningful practice with others. Since then she has been teaching hatha yoga and mindfulness, with a particular focus on chronic pain and mental health. She holds a Masters Degree (Nurse Practitioner) from the University of Victoria and completed Integrative Yoga Therapy at the School of Ayurveda & Panchakarma in India. Sarah aspires to help people slowdown in our fast paced world and connect more deeply to the Self, nature, and each other.
