Today, we're diving deep, not just into stillness, but into gratitude, the sacred gateway to self-discovery. We're not just thanking the obvious – friends, emotions, love – but expanding our gratitude to embrace the entirety of existence. Feel the warmth of appreciation for your body, the vessel that carries you through this earthly adventure, and for the spiritual community that resonates with your journey. As we express gratitude for Mother Earth, visualize your roots intertwining with the vast network of life. You're not separate; you're an integral part of this cosmic dance. Now, in the space of gratitude, let's unravel the layers and encounter the real truth – our awareness: the key, the true essence of who we are. This meditation is a celebration of authenticity. We're not seeking a new self; we're rediscovering the self that has always been. Gratitude acts as the alchemical catalyst, transmuting ordinary moments into extraordinary revelations.

So let's start first of all with gratitude,

And let's start from the Divine,

That we are grateful that we are here,

That we are grateful that we are nourished.

And just the attitude of gratefulness is already very nourishing and very calming.

So let's try to recognize within us that feeling of being grateful,

And see which part of your system is activated by that.

And then we can be grateful for the teachers that through eons are transmitting wisdom on this planet,

So we can grow and transform and feel better.

So gratitude to all the teachers.

And we give gratitude to our ancestors,

That thanks to them we are here,

And thanks to them we have very beautiful qualities that allow us to be who we are,

And to transform also for them who and what we don't need.

We are grateful for friends,

Family,

That with their love we can continue and feel supported.

We are grateful for the community,

Spiritual community,

The Sangha,

That we are supporting each other with words or just with our presence,

So we can resist even when things get difficult.

We can continue.

We are grateful for Mother Earth for nourishing us constantly,

For its unconditional love,

That no matter what,

It gives and gives and gives.

If you want to take a minute for yourself and express gratitude for whatever else you feel like,

Let's take time for that,

Let's not forget ourselves,

That we make the effort to live,

To be here,

To make the effort to transform,

Not to get stuck,

To move forward.

All this gratitude is beautiful,

It's helpful,

And we have to acknowledge that we are beyond gratitude.

So it's a step,

It's a step that helps the mind acknowledge its true position and become small in front of so much magic,

But we are not the mind,

So we continue.

We're grateful for this body that functions so beautifully,

And always it's doing its best to heal and to come back to harmony,

No matter what,

Exactly like the Earth.

And we're trusting this body,

That one will give it the best nourishment,

The best psychological environment,

The best exercise and movement,

It'll thrive,

It'll work good,

And then we are not the body as well.

We do the best for the body,

We are not the body,

We look at the body,

We feel the body,

We acknowledge its existence,

Its pain or its pleasure,

But we are not that.

So take a minute,

Let's take a minute to recognize that you are not the body,

To see that you're observing your body,

Sensations,

Maybe some discomfort or maybe pleasure,

But you are the awareness that's reflecting the body,

Not the body.

And then we are grateful that we can feel emotions,

We can feel first of all love,

Excitement,

Joy,

And as well emotions that are not so comfortable,

Like pain,

Like anger,

Like fear,

And all those emotions are helping us come back to a center.

So we have gratitude for the emotions,

But again,

We are not the emotion because we're observing the emotion,

If there's anger in my system,

It's in the system,

I don't need to say I am angry,

There's no need to identify.

If there's pain in the system,

There's no need to identify.

If there's joy,

It's the same,

Not the body.

And now we're grateful for our mind to be able to plan everything,

To be able to create realities that are good,

To discern between good and bad,

To create a lot of comfort for ourself,

Not only through our own mind,

But the mind of humanity.

And also to create things that are not good for us,

So we can see and correct and come back to the center.

And then we recognize that we are not those thoughts.

So the same mind can think,

When it doesn't move at all,

It's become pure awareness.

And that's the truth of who we are,

Awareness.

So let's take a minute to acknowledge that there is some distance between silence of the mind when it doesn't think,

And then when it generates a thought.

Thought can generate emotion,

Thought can generate movement,

Thought can generate action,

Thought can generate joy or suffering,

But the thought is being aware with awareness.

So awareness is the source of everything,

Awareness.

When we sleep,

We may be aware of dreams,

Or when we sleep very very deep,

There's only awareness of being.

When we wake up,

We know we've been asleep,

But there was no world,

There was no creation,

There was no me,

Or you,

Or I.

That same part within us that was aware of everything,

Or its existence,

But didn't take identity,

Is here and now,

When we're awake,

Exactly the same part.

Let's go deeper into that part,

How to recognize this part,

That everything reflects in it,

But it's never been tinted,

Never been obscured,

Never.

It's always clear,

Clean.

How do you recognize this spot?

There's only one way,

Called presence.

In presence,

The mind has to move back into its source.

Practically,

At least for me,

I feel that in order to bring the mind to its source,

The area of the forehead,

The third eye,

Or the thinking mind,

Has to move like into itself,

Like to retreat backwards to its source.

And mentally,

The question,

Who am I,

Helps a lot,

Because when the mind asks who am I,

It's like turning on itself,

And shining on its source.

It's not shining on a thought,

Or external stimulation,

It shines on itself.

So it's the same thing,

And the end result is stillness,

The end result is peace,

The end result is no movement.

Now all this happening,

When mind moves back into its source,

Must happen together with acknowledgement of infinity,

Then you're really in blissful state,

Meaning that the mind must move from this limiting acknowledgement that I am me,

That's just another thought.

Who you are is the whole creation,

That's who you are.

Just by confusion and wrong habit,

The mind pulled itself and limited itself into this little person,

That's all what happened.

You are everything.

The mind cannot realize it so much by thinking,

This must be a direct experience.

When the mind expand to the whole creation,

And stop identifying with this person called I or me,

Then you really feel good,

Very very good.

This good feeling or blissful feeling is your true nature.

When you are in that state of infinite being,

That is not identifying only with this little person,

Then everything function very good,

Because all your cells,

All your tissues,

Molecules and atoms are craving unity.

Each atom,

Each cell within you function the best when your mind is infinite,

Because then the ego is not resisting existence,

There is infinite space for your heart to feel bliss,

For the energy,

The life force to flow with no restriction,

For love to be overwhelming and love expansion.

And to reach that state is actually nowhere to go,

It's just to let go and let go and let go,

As long as there is me and an object,

Then you are still in duality,

In two.

When the mind completely completely surrenders to unity,

To infinity,

Then you know you are at home,

There is no question about it,

Then you are beyond time and space.

Now this beautiful place is available for us 24x7,

Because it's who we are.

And it's the ultimate healer,

The ultimate healer,

Because everything comes from there.

So let's use this beautiful space of infinity,

Of unity,

Of oneness,

To heal any leftover attention that we are acknowledging within this person called me.

So without losing this positioning of the mind in infinity,

Check in the same time if there is still any leftover emotional attention,

Maybe there is sadness,

It's still not you but it's in the system,

Maybe there is fear,

Frustration,

If you recognize any of those emotions,

Please,

Please,

Don't get confused and identify with it.

You are not that emotion,

You are infinity.

So allow this emotion to be felt very clearly,

But don't collapse into it.

Don't get confused with it.

I'm all there is recognizing a residue,

Or maybe it's not just little,

Maybe it's big,

It's okay.

And I invite that emotion to synchronize and harmonize with the truth of who I am,

Or who am I,

As infinite,

Boundless being of pure consciousness.

And surrender to that invitation,

Let it happen,

Otherwise it will not happen,

It's still in the system because something is holding it there.

So surrender to infinity is inviting synchronization,

I'm inviting the tension in my heart chakra for example,

Or anywhere else,

To harmonize with the whole creation.

And you just wait,

You don't need to do.

You said and it will be done,

But give it space,

Give it time.

Remember who you are,

Don't let collapse into the little person,

Enough of that.

We've done it millions and millions lifetimes,

Millions.

Now it's our time to realize and connect to the truth,

Because every time we're entering into this illusory identity,

It's always involved with deep suffering,

Always.

Let's invite any physical discomfort,

Or any physical ailment to harmonize with infinity.

Let's invite any psychological wrong identification,

Or wrong tendencies,

Or addictions,

Or anything that your mind tends to go to that blocks the life force,

That blocks you from being happy,

That blocks your body from functioning well.

Just invite your psyche to harmonize with the essence,

With the pure,

Pure vibration of creation.

I'm inviting my mind with all its psychological tendencies to harmonize completely with the source and all those psychological tendencies to synchronize and to purify from my mind.

Just say it and relax,

Feel the infinity of your existence and wait until your mind softens.

Let's invite any ancestral inputs that are not healthy,

That are not good for us,

That through the ancestral lineage are entering into our system and creating again discomfort.

I'm inviting all ancestral inputs to harmonize with pure consciousness.

Don't think twice,

Just say it,

Believe it,

And relax.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And the last one is our DNA.

If our DNA chain has some sequences that are constantly producing physically,

Emotionally,

Or psychological reactions that are not good for me,

I'm inviting my DNA to harmonize,

To come back to pure configuration.

Always do it with the feeling of infinity.

Just say it,

Believe it,

And relax.

And from this beautiful space of infinite being,

Let's just project a reality that is your ideal reality.

Something simple that you're wishing for yourself to manifest,

But don't lose,

Don't lose infinity because from there it's manifesting.

Beautiful.

This infinity or infinite space is always available for us and it takes a lot of awareness to stay there or to go back there.

It takes a lot of commitment.

It's not just,

I sit for a few minutes to meditate and that's it,

It's 24-7,

Then you get amazing results.

So thank you so much for joining,

Thank you,

Have a beautiful day.
