Good morning and welcome to this meditation which is called morning energy for the mind and the body.
I am your guide Saqib and I will guide you in energizing your mind and some key areas in your body which are the primary energy centers in your body and which will keep you charged for the day.
So now sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Feel the presence of your surroundings.
Imagine the space that you are sitting in.
Imagine your own body.
The smell in the air.
The air on your skin.
The weight of your body on the thing that you are sitting on.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Check if there are any thoughts in your mind right now.
Imagine these thoughts as bubbles,
Like soap bubbles,
Floating in front of you with each thought representing one bubble.
In your imagination,
Pop these bubbles of thoughts one by one with a slight touch of your finger,
Just in your imagination.
And now we will use our hands to build energy in our body.
So let's get our hands charged with energy first.
Imagine beams of golden white light of energy coming down from the sky above and reaching the top of your head.
Imagine and feel these beams of light entering your head and going down your face and neck.
And now these beams of energy are splitting into two at your shoulders and they are entering both your shoulders and into your arms and hands.
And now they have filled your hands and are overflowing out of your palms.
So feel the energy flowing out of your palms.
Now place your hands on your thighs with your palms touching your thighs.
And breathe in white light from your nose.
As you breathe in,
Imagine and feel the white light entering your nose,
Travelling down your body and into your thighs,
Where your hands are placed.
And as you exhale,
You can simply exhale air.
No need to visualize anything while you exhale.
So go ahead and inhale white light to your thighs.
Take three more deep breaths into your thighs.
And relax.
And now place your hands on your lower belly,
Below your navel and breathe in white light to your lower belly.
And now place your hands on your upper belly,
Below your navel and breathe in white light to your upper belly.
And now place your hands on your upper belly,
Above your navel and breathe in white light to your upper belly.
And now place your hands on your chest and breathe in white light to your chest.
And now place your hands on your chest and breathe in white light to your chest.
And now place your hands on your chest and breathe in white light to your chest.
And now place your hands on the sides of your neck with each hand on each side of the neck with your palms touching your neck.
And breathe in white light to your neck.
And now place your hands on your chest and breathe in white light to your chest.
And now place your hands on your eyes with your palms covering your face and breathe in white light to your face.
And now place your hands on your chest and breathe in white light to your chest.
And now place your hands on your forehead and breathe in white light to your head.
And now place your hands on your forehead and breathe in white light to your head.
And now place your hands on your forehead and breathe in white light to your head.
You can now rest your hands.
Now that your energy centers are energized,
Your body is surrounded by a layer of golden white light of energy.
So imagine your body being surrounded and engulfed by this energy.
And now feel and sense the energy around your body.
Imagine that there is a knob near your hand which you can rotate and increase the intensity of the energy in and around your body.
Go ahead and rotate this knob,
Increase the energy to 20% and sense and feel the energy increasing in and around your body.
Now increase it to 50% and feel the energy increasing.
And now turn the knob completely and increase the energy to 100% and feel your body beaming and overflowing with energy.
And now bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Imagine the space that you are sitting in,
The weight of your body,
The air on your skin,
The smell in the air and listen to the sounds around you.
And now wiggle your toes and move your fingers and gradually come out of the meditation.
Now your whole body is energized.
