Hi and welcome to the guided meditation for morning energy and mindset.
In this meditation,
I will guide you through a three step process.
First,
Being in the present moment by focusing on our breath.
Second,
Energizing our body with the help of a ring of energy.
And third,
Feeling accomplished by experiencing the pleasure of a happy,
Productive and successful day.
I will now request you to find a secluded place and sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Sense your surroundings.
Feel the weight of your body.
The smell in the air.
The air on your skin.
And listen to the sounds around you.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now bring your attention to your breathing.
Focus on your nostrils.
If you don't want to focus on your nostrils,
You can focus on your navel.
Now take five complete breaths.
One complete breath will constitute both inhalation and exhalation.
Keep focusing on your nostrils while you breathe.
Imagine a ring of bright white light which is full of energy placed on top of your head.
This ring of light will provide you energy by encircling each part of your body as you will move it down your body.
Remove this ring of energy from your head towards your neck.
Whichever part of your body this ring moves through,
Feel that part of the body gaining energy.
Now move it from your neck towards your navel.
And feel the energy building up in your chest.
Now move this ring of energy from your navel towards your neck.
And feel the energy building up in your chest.
Move it back from your feet upwards towards your navel.
And feel the energy building up in your chest.
Now move this ring of energy from your navel towards your head.
And feel the energy building up in your chest.
And as you place this ring of bright white light back on your head.
Feel it calming down your mind.
And now imagine that it is the end of the day and you had a very happy,
Productive and successful day today.
Experience the feeling of happiness that you will get at the end of such an amazing day.
Feel that bliss in your body right now.
Feel your heart filling with bliss.
Feel that blissful smile on your face.
Feel that bliss in your mind.
Bring back your attention to your surroundings.
The weight of your body,
The smell in the air,
The air on your skin and listen to the sounds around you.
Now gradually open your eyes.
And now you are completely energized to have an amazing day ahead.
