So in this short practice,
We will empty ourselves of anything that is holding us back,
Of anything that is limiting us,
Of anything that is affecting us.
And once you empty yourself of all these energies,
You will experience bliss,
Joy,
Peace.
So you can now get into your posture.
And if you feel like it,
You can also gradually close your eyes.
Let's start with first relaxing the body.
So you can bring your awareness to your head and relax your head.
Relax your face muscles,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
Chest,
Belly,
Upper back,
Lower back.
Relax your pelvis,
Your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And relax your feet.
And now bring your awareness to your breath.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in white light.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out thick black smoke.
So as you breathe in,
Visualize that you are breathing in white light.
And as you breathe out,
Visualize that you are breathing out thick black smoke.
Through this black smoke that you will breathe out,
You will release anything that has been affecting you.
You will empty yourself of anything that has been affecting you.
So let's start with thoughts.
Let's empty ourselves of thoughts.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe in peace through the white light.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out all your thoughts through the black smoke.
And now we will release all painful emotions.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe in joy.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out any painful emotions.
And now we will release any fears that we have.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe in love through the white light.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out all fears through the black smoke.
Now we will release any stress.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe in relaxation.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out any stress.
And now we will release any dark energies.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe in light.
And as you breathe out,
Release any dark energies through your out-breath.
You are now absolutely empty.
Feel that peace,
Bliss,
Light,
And joy within you.
Feel that relaxation,
That lightness.
And with that,
You can gradually bring your awareness back to the presence of your body,
In your surroundings,
And slowly in your own time,
You can come out of the practice.
