For this meditation,
This is the last day.
Make sure you have finished day 1,
2,
3 and 4.
Use your headphone if you want to.
Once again,
Sit on the sofa,
You can sit on the cushion,
Have the water next to you and just relax your whole body.
Return to yourself means bringing the awareness again to yourself,
To your breath,
That you are presence,
Your presence because what happens is usually our mind wanders everywhere else.
So bring that mind,
Bring that body to the present moment.
That means return to your own self.
Just stay here.
You have been here all along.
At this time inside you,
Where you can always return.
We'll be doing the breathing again.
So relax your body again.
Relax your face.
You can close your eyes.
Let's do the breathing.
Breathe in.
Focusing on yourself.
You can visualize yourself standing right in front of you or you can visualize yourself as meditating and you're seeing the other person which is you meditating,
Whichever it feels comfortable.
If these two doesn't work,
Just feel that you are right here at this moment and you breathe in,
Paying attention to your body,
Not entertaining any thoughts.
Thoughts come,
Just bring back yourself to the present moment.
Breathe out gently through your mouth.
You can do this as many times as you want to.
Feel your body grounded,
Present.
You are not lost.
You are here.
You are safe.
Anytime you feel overwhelmed,
You can return to this place.
You can use this meditation anytime,
Even if it's in the middle of the day or middle of the night.
Just bring yourself to the present moment.
