Hello everyone,

Today we are talking about love,

Self love.

Love comes within you,

Your feelings.

When word love is mentioned,

You understand the feelings associated with it.

Love is self love.

Self love is active practice of accepting,

Caring and encouraging who you are.

It is appreciating you,

It allows you to see your strengths and your weaknesses.

It allows you to acknowledge your imperfections,

Your flaws and the darkness in you.

We always feel and want to be accepted by others.

We always looking for validation from others.

We put our best self out there.

We buy new cars,

Houses.

We show others that what we have so that we can be accepted in society.

We are told to go to best university or certain level of education so that we can be accepted in society.

We can work for big companies.

We can get promotions and then get married,

Have children,

House.

All this considered normal in our society,

In our culture.

But is it normal?

Is it you?

No.

If this is what you are,

Perfect.

It's good for you.

This is what you want.

Do you know who you are?

Ask yourself who am I?

What is your purpose in your life?

What makes you happy?

What makes you joyful?

Each one of us are unique.

We are different from each other.

Self-love is something that makes us different from other people.

There is no judgment.

You start manifesting things in your life.

You attract people in your life.

You honor yourself.

You embrace yourself.

Respect yourself.

There are others around you.

When I say others,

I mean plants,

Animals,

Universe.

You see beauty in everything.

You appreciate everything.

When the sense of self-love is less or missing,

Then we feel greedy.

Even though we have everything,

We want more because we are not satisfied.

We feel selfish.

We still want more.

We start pleasing people because we want to be appreciated,

Acknowledged.

We get depressed,

Sad.

We get anxiety.

We feel insecurity.

We feel jealous.

We feel hopeless,

Shame.

We get defensive when someone tells us something that is right and we get defensive.

On the other hand,

When you have sense of love,

Self-love,

You will experience grounded.

You feel joyful,

Happiness,

Confidence,

Empowerment,

Love,

Motivated,

Inspired,

Clarity because you know who you are and what you want.

You have a purpose in life.

Here's some of the things.

It's not in details,

But it helps you to,

You can use this in part of your life.

Self-awareness,

Your thoughts,

Pay attention to your thoughts.

Thinking positive all the time is not possible.

It takes practice.

You can be neutral,

But even then,

It takes practice.

So whenever your thought comes,

Acknowledge it.

Be aware of it.

Be mindful of it.

Say thank you thoughts for coming.

Thank you for reminding me today.

I'm jealous of this person.

I don't like this today,

But I'm going to walk on it.

Thank you thoughts.

And just see yourself putting in a bubble and see that thought floating away from you.

Secondly,

Whenever you see yourself in the mirror,

Especially in the morning when you go to the bathroom,

Look at yourself in the mirror.

Tell that image in the circle.

Look in the eyes and say,

I love you.

I accept you.

I love you the way you are.

Sadly,

Hug yourself whenever,

When you feel sad,

When you're in love,

Anything,

Just put your hands around your shoulders and hug yourself.

Tell yourself,

I love you.

I accept you.

And for meditating on your inner child,

Your inner child is something,

You're a better person of you.

You can see yourself as a four year old,

Nine year old,

Teenager adult.

It tells your story.

It's there for you.

It guides you.

Your inner child is your best friend.

I will be putting a meditation on an inner child so you can use the meditation for your inner child.

And number five,

Write gratitude.

Gratitude is the most important thing.

What you are thankful for today,

You can choose five things in your life or things around you,

Anything from you,

From the coffee shop person to your house,

The people around you,

Anything.

I am thankful for the house because choose different things,

Choose five different things every day.

Make this as happy.

And above all,

Before you get up,

When you're still laying in the bed in the morning,

Your eyes closed,

Put your both hands on your heart,

Your heart chakra,

Your heart center,

And feel the emotion.

Feel how you're feeling today.

Do you feel sad?

Do you feel happy?

Do you feel joyous?

You angry?

You lonely?

Thank the emotion.

Thank you.

I know how you're feeling today.

Thank you emotion.

I'm going to walk on it.

I'm going to pay attention to you.

I'm going to be mindful about it.

Thank the emotion.

Get up and go on your day.

If you feel sad or lonely,

What you can do is dance.

Just dance.

Put on music.

Dance.

Listen to the happy music.

That kid brings a vibration high.

That will put you in a good mood.

And then you can check emotion later in the day.

Just put your heart on the heart chakra or heart center and see how you're feeling.

If you feel sad again,

Dance.

Dance again.

Sing.

Go out.

Go for a walk.

Nature.

Flowers.

Appreciate everything.

Thank five people every day.

Oh thanks.

You start feeling much better.

Thank you all.

Love and light to you all.

Thank you again.
