Calm reset,
Overthinking release.
This is day 3 of the 5 day calm reset.
This is all about overthinking release,
Which means we have so many thoughts per minute and you can imagine how many thoughts we have per day.
Same thoughts can be repeated so many times.
Even in like 5 minutes,
Something bothers you,
It stays with you and you keep thinking about it,
More about why it happened,
It shouldn't have happened.
And this gives stress to your body,
This gives stress to your mental health and you need to calm yourself.
Doing this meditation of overthinking release,
It will help you center your thoughts,
Understanding your thoughts.
So let's start,
Just stay here.
Once again,
Use your headphone and sit on a chair,
Sofa,
Wherever you feel comfortable.
You can have your shower,
If you have your blanket,
Have the water next to it and always drink your water after each meditation.
Because we do release so much during the meditation,
Even if it's for a few minutes and we need to hydrate ourselves.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes.
If the thoughts coming in your mind,
You are not alone.
If your mind won't stop,
You are not alone.
You don't need to absorb everything.
Let the thoughts come through because thoughts are helpful.
A lot of people have thoughts which they make their goals.
It's a reminder.
It's part of you.
You do have a control over it.
Don't need to fight it.
Just bring your attention back to your breath.
Once again,
We're going to start the breathing techniques we have been doing for past two days.
Are you ready?
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Shoulders straight.
Spine straight.
Face relaxed.
Give yourself a smile.
A big one.
That's it.
Check your shoulders again.
You can put your hands on your heart center or on your lap.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Continue doing it.
Thoughts will come and go.
You can stay right here,
Right in your breath.
You don't have to follow every thought.
Nothing is wrong.
I'll give you a moment so that you can do it yourself.
You can always pause right here and then continue breathing in and out as long as you want.
Once again,
You don't need to entertain your thoughts.
Just observe it and bring your attention to your breath.
This will take time.
Whenever your thoughts come,
Just bring your attention back to the thought.
Remember,
You are safe and let your mind rest.

Then day two,
And day three.
Your thoughts are yours.
Don't be afraid of it.
