Morning Calm Reset.
Start your day with peace.
I am Sanjana Wright.
I'm a self-love coach.
And a meditation teacher.
This medication is about five minutes.
Welcome.
Before you reach it.
Your phone or begin your to-do list.
Give yourself.
This moment.
Find a comfortable place.
Position.
You may lay down.
You may sit down on your bed.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath.
In through your nose And slowly.
Exhale through your mouth.
Always remember,
When you're taking breath,
Always use your stomach,
Not your chest area.
Again,
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathing calm.
And breathe out any tensions.
To feel it around your neck,
Your back.
Just relax your shoulders.
Allow your body to soften.
Feel the support underneath you.
Take your time.
Don't need to rush.
You are not here to prove anything.
You're just being yourself.
You simply need to be here.
Now,
Bring your awareness.
To your heart.
You can place your hands on your heart center.
Magic.
A warm golden light glowing there.
With every breath.
This light expands through your chest.
Your shoulders.
Your arms.
Your stomach.
Your legs.
All the way to your feet.
This light.
Is very special.
This light is your inner wisdom.
It reminds you that peace already lives within you.
Silently.
Repeat after me.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I welcome this new day with an open heart.
I release yesterday with love.
I choose.
Peace.
Instead of fear.
I trust the timing of my life.
Everything.
I need is already within me.
Now imagine.
Yourself moving through.
The day.
With calm.
Confidence.
See you soon!
Smiley.
Your shoulders straight.
Speaking.
With kindness.
You're meeting people.
Making decisions from clarity.
Rather than anxiety.
There is no stress.
Feeling present in every moment.
Notice how your body feels.
As you become this version of yourself.
Take a deep breath in.
And gently let it go through your mom.
Carry this peace energy with you wherever you go today.
Just remember.
Your peace is your power.
Your presence is your greatest gift.
When you are ready,
Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes.
In your own time.
Open your eyes.
Welcome.
To a beautiful new day.
