Day 3 to get the benefit of this meditation.
So day 4 is all about body softening.
We always get tense,
We always forget we have a body and whenever we get stressed our body feels it.
So today I'm going to be telling you how to soften your body.
You stay right here for this once again for this meditation.
Use your headphone if you like to.
Sit on the comfortable place,
Have the water next to you and your shoulders straight,
Spine straight,
Face very very very at ease,
Not tense.
So just stay here and we will begin shortly.
Your body has been holding a lot.
You don't have to carry it right at this moment.
Now bring your attention,
Your awareness to your shoulders.
Let it drop.
You can close your eyes if you like to.
Relax your jaw.
Feel your chest.
Let it soften.
Your body is allowed to relax.
You are supported.
Let's start breathing.
Take a deep breath,
Slow deep breath,
Concentrating on your body and breathe out with your mouth,
Sighing it and releasing anything that's not serving you,
That's giving you the anxiety,
That's giving you the stress.
Let's do a few more times.
Breathe in,
Breathe out slowly and gently through your mouth.
Breathe in and out,
Focusing on your body,
Making sure your shoulders and body is very relaxed.
This is how we do body softening,
Bringing awareness on your body.
I'll give you a moment so that you can do this by yourself.
You can let go anything that is not serving you today,
Even just a little.
Stay right here in a relaxed,
At ease.
You don't have to hold everything in you.
With the breath in and a breath out,
Just relax your body,
Soften your body.
Do this as many times as you want.
This is a very short,
Easy meditation.
Start with day one and then come to day four to get the benefit of it.
