Why Do I Need To Protect My Energy When I Vibrate High

Here I speak about protecting our energy as high vibrational beings. I explain why it is essential and needed, and I describe how we may feel when coming across lower frequencies, while being unprotected.

My name is Sangeet and today I am speaking about the need to protect our energy.

As soon as we recognize our high level of frequency,

Regardless of what brought us to this condition and to this realization,

It becomes essential to protect our energy.

Although in this state we can attract all sorts of beautiful things,

We can also bump into something that is not so pleasant.

If our energy is not properly protected,

Coming across these lower energies can be felt as if we were falling off a cliff.

We can feel it,

Especially in our 3rd,

4th and 5th chakras,

When our confidence goes down,

Our lungs feel squeezed and our mouth can't speak.

Sometimes the energy is so low and so direct that can even be felt as a literal stab in the heart.

This happens due to the large gap between one frequency and the other and of course due to the strong negative intentions that others have towards us and to our strong level of sensitivity and openness.

Mixing a high frequency with a low one is like putting a diamond in the mud,

It gets dull and dirty.

This is why we cleanse our energy after certain events and situations,

Because we get dirty from all sorts of energies.

And this can be applied to anything and to anyone,

Because none of us want to have any random energy in our energetic field anyway.

However,

The higher we ascend,

The more protection we need,

Because the higher we ascend,

The more magnetic and appealing our energy becomes.

Also,

If we truly want to fulfill our deepest life purposes and desires and bring a powerful positive impact into this world,

Then keeping our frequency high and well protected is essential.
