Should I Say "Yes" Or "No" To What Gives Me Inner Conflict

Here I speak about when we see ourselves facing some sort of inner conflict originated by that one thing that we feel that we need and benefit from, but that is not our ultimate ideal in the long term.

My name is Sangeet and today I want to give you a message. Sometimes there is something in our life that we don't want to give up on or to reject because we feel that we currently need it or that it is genuinely and practically helping us somehow while at the same time we can see how it may not be the ultimate ideal for us in the long term. As a result we keep saying yes to it thinking that we should be saying no and because we keep saying yes and we keep thinking about saying no while we don't see any other solution in the horizon we keep pressuring ourselves and pushing us towards a constant state of anxiety and worry as if we were running out of time to find answers or to make it perfect. In the face of this inner conflict what can we do to shift this feeling and release the pressure? Is there a quick way out? Yes, There is. We forget about the words yes or no and instead we say thank you. We stand up straight, We open our heart and we say thank you. Instead of a threat we see it as a blessing from the universe and we fully embrace it with no judgment or guilt. This simple move can have a tremendous impact because it elevates us above any weight. Whatever was creating a war in our minds is now a reason to be grateful and appreciative to feel blessed and at peace. We are not saying no because we are taking it and allowing it to stay but we are not just saying yes either. We are happily and deeply saying thank you which is a yes with a touch of love that prevents inner conflict and that brings calmness to anything. And in the meantime we create space to freely feel whatever comes up, We give us time to see how our reality unfolds and we even give ourselves permission to change our perspective and future decisions about it. So today let's say thank you to whatever we may be truly benefiting from even if it is not yet our dream reality. Let's say thank you and feel at peace right here, Right now.
