Today,
I am gentle.
I am gentle with myself,
With others,
With the world,
With the universe.
Today,
I am gentle because gentleness allows,
Gentleness receives,
Gentleness believes and smiles and brings light and peace into our hearts.
Today,
I am gentle with all the bad and all the good.
I accept the slow and the fast.
I am gentle with laughs and tears.
Because gentleness doesn't hurt,
It heals.
And so I am gentle.
I am gentle with every mindset,
With every word,
With every thought.
I am gentle with qualities and flaws,
With all the fears and the storms,
And with all the beauty and the joy.
Today,
I am gentle even if my body is tired,
Even if my mind is full,
Even if my eyes can't see,
If my ears can't hear,
And if my skin can't feel.
Even if I can't smell or taste the fragrances and the flavors of abundance,
Still I am gentle.
Today,
I am gentle because gentleness allows,
It receives and believes and it smiles and brings light and peace into our hearts.
Today,
I am gentle and with my gentleness,
I spread glimpses of love to you,
To us,
To the universe,
And to everything that it gently creates and generates in this world.
