Gateway Of Light

Place your feet flat on the floor, Placing your hands in your lap. And beginning to connect with your body, Connecting with the present moment, And just tuning in to your body and seeing how it feels. And just doing a quick scan, Starting at your feet, Working all the way up your legs, Through your hips, Your abdomen. Working up your body, Just scanning how each part of your body feels, Working through your lower back, Your upper back, Your chest, Your arms, Your hands, Your neck, Your head. And without the need to change anything, Just observing how you're feeling. Just taking a moment to acknowledge your wonderful body and all that it does for you. And if there is any areas of tension or tightness, You can work with the breath now to breathe into these areas. So breathing deeply in, Holding at the top of your breath. And on the out breath, Relaxing your body, Releasing, Letting go. So breathing deeply in, Holding once again at the top of your breath. And relaxing even more as you let go and breathe out. Taking a third deep breath in, Breathing deeply, Feeling your body as the air enters your lungs. Feeling your ribs expanding out, Feeling your chest expand, Holding for a moment at the top of your breath. And breathing out that sigh of relief as you let go on the out breath. And returning to normal breathing now, Allowing your body to breathe itself. Taking a moment to ground yourself in this now moment, In the present. Letting go of your day, Letting go of thoughts, Letting go of worries. And just being here now, Knowing that there's no place you need to go. There's nowhere you need to be. Just in this moment, Fully present. And when you're ready, We'll invite the angels to be with us. And repeating in your mind, I call on my divine, Angelic team of light. To be present and to connect with me now. And feeling any subtle shifts in the energy around you, As the angels connect with you. Welcoming the loving presence of your angels. They are here to guide you and to light your way. I'm visualizing now in front of you, Seeing a gateway of light opening up before you. This gateway of light is so radiant, It shines brighter than the sun. And you almost have to shield your eyes. It shines so brightly. And you begin to walk towards this gateway of light. It seems to open up and to open up. And as you walk towards this gateway of light, It seems to pull you towards it. Its energy is so inviting. And as you walk towards the gateway of light, You take a moment to adjust to the radiant light. And as you step into this gateway, This portal of light, You notice that your body seems to fragment into different pieces as you first step inside. But it feels totally natural. And you know in a moment, Your body will come together once again. And inside this gateway of light, You're greeted by the most beautiful beings of light. Some of them you know, Some of them are ancestors, Loved ones, Guides. Loved ones, Guides, Who are here to greet you. And there's others who are beings of light, Angels, Who have assisted you in some way. Spirit guides. Some of them you recognize, Some of them you don't. But all of them feel so loving, So beautiful. And you feel this love that your guides and the angels have for you. And there's an intensity to this love that is beyond words. And as you stand in their loving energy, This love can be felt deep within your soul. It's a love so pure that it radiates from their being and fills you up. And as you're held in this love, As you stand in this radiant loving energy, It feels so strong. It feels as if it's palpable, As if it's something tangible that you can reach out and touch. As if the love has taken physical form and it's holding you in its gentle and powerful embrace. And you allow it in, You allow it to radiate through every part of your being, Filling you up, Lighting you up, Allowing you to feel whole again. And as you rest in the space of pure love, Pure awareness, You feel the heaviness of your past, The heaviness that you've been carrying around, Any burdens lifted from you. You feel a new lightness of being as you drink in this loving vibration all around you. And within this frequency of love that you're held within, You hear a sound faint at first. It sounds like singing, The most beautiful voices singing the most beautiful song. And the energy of this song lifts you up even more, Takes you to a new level of being. You continue to absorb this loving radiant energy until there's nothing left but love. Nothing else remains. And amidst the songs, The singing, You hear another sound. And that other sound is the sound of laughter. And you look around to see other angels and guides who are joyfully dancing and playing and being in the lightness of spirit. Not only the angels seem to have an innocence, A purity to them that is so pure, So beautiful. And among all the angels, All the guides, The ancestors and loved ones who are surrounding you, You see them beginning to part. And you look down through all of these angels and you see as they part and as they step aside, There is a being at the end. And the being who you haven't yet encountered before. And the most beautiful light radiates from this being, Glows with this light. You stand for a moment just drinking it in, Taking in the beauty, The radiance of this wonderful being before you. It is the radiance, The energy, The beauty of your higher self. You walk towards this part of you. And as you reach your higher self, You place your hands in their hands. And you feel a deep connection. It feels like home. You spend another moment in this energy, This space, This connectedness. Drinking in the wonderful feeling of being home, Being pure, Whole and complete. Being relaxed and totally filled with the energy of love. And as you turn to leave, You step out of the gateway of light. And as you step out, You look back towards it. And you see the faces of all of the angels, Your guides, Your spirit guides, Your ancestors, Your loved ones and your higher self. You see them looking at you. You see them lovingly beaming the energy of joy, Of love, Of upliftment out towards you. And you take this with you. You take this within your heart back into your present moment. You take this with you as you go about your day and bring it to all who you encounter. You take this with you in each moment and share it with everyone you encounter. And the more you share, The more the light within you, The more love expands within you. It can't be depleted. It simply grows and grows and grows. And taking a moment to take a deep breath in, Allowing the energy of love to integrate with your physical being. Breathing out, Relaxing as you let go. Taking another deep breath in, Feeling your energy expand and breathing out, Relaxing as you release. Feeling the connection with Mother Earth as you ground, Connecting with the grounding energy of Mother Earth. Seeing a beautiful sphere of light surrounding your entire body, Encapsulating the light, Healing and sealing your aura with radiant light that will protect you as you go about your day. Taking one last deep breath in and out. And in your own time, Beginning to bring some gentle movement back into your fingers, Your toes. And coming back into the room when you're ready and opening your eyes.
