Expanding The Joy Within

During this guided meditation you will be working with Archangel Haniel. You will experience being attuned to the joy within and the high vibration of Haniel who is the Angel of love, joy and grace. Find a comfortable, relaxing place to sit back and enjoy!

Just calling on Haniel to be with us.

So I'm going to call on Haniel by stating and you can do this too in your mind or out loud whatever works for you,

You can say Haniel,

Haniel,

Haniel,

Thank you for being present and connecting with me now and guiding me in this meditation for my highest divine benefit and that of all concerned.

So just take a deep breath in and notice any shift in the energy in the room,

Just sensing the presence of Haniel in and around you and just knowing that she's there with you as we begin to start the meditation practice.

So we're going to begin as I said by cleansing your aura.

So I want you to get really relaxed for this.

So begin by taking a really deep breath in,

Breathing into your abdomen,

Holding it at the top of the breath and then letting it all out,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Letting go of your day,

Letting go of any thoughts,

Any worries,

Anything that you have to do,

Any stress,

Letting it all go with the breath.

So we'll do that again,

Taking another deep breath in,

Holding it at the top of the breath and then releasing out,

Letting go a little bit more with each out breath,

Finding your inner calm,

Finding that place of stillness,

Relaxing into the peace inside.

And if you need to,

If you need to take another few deep breaths in and out,

By all means continue to breathe deeply for another few breaths until you're totally relaxed,

Totally at peace and you can feel those waves of calm,

Of peace,

Of pleasant loving energy wash over you and feel yourself relaxing deeply,

Feeling your body getting heavy in the chair,

Feeling that sense of relaxation grow deeper with each breath and allowing you to connect with the love,

The light at the core of your being.

So beginning to visualize a golden orb of light hovering just above your head,

Maybe a foot or two above your head,

This shining golden orb of light is shining brightly above you,

Glittering.

It's so beautiful,

Get a sense of it now,

Get a sense of how it feels,

What it looks like,

Tune into its energy.

And this is a cleansing golden light and everything that it encounters it cleanses,

Clears,

Purifies.

And begin to see this light expanding now,

Growing a little bit bigger and see the orb dropping down into your crown,

Cleansing and clearing your crown chakra,

Digging out any debris,

Any psychic debris,

Any stuff that you need to release,

Any heaviness,

Cleansing and purifying your crown chakra.

And this works very quickly,

So just letting go,

Allowing the release to happen without any resistance.

Feel and see this golden orb of light dropping down now into your entire head,

Cleansing and clearing your third eye chakra,

Cleansing and clearing the energy all around your head,

Uplifting your energy.

See this light shining brightly and see this golden light now dropping down into your throat,

See it cleansing your throat chakra,

Clearing your throat of any stuckness,

Any words you've been holding back,

Maybe you've been holding back your truth.

Cleansing out this chakra,

Clearing out any stuff that needs to be released.

Seeing this light growing brighter and bigger and dropping down into your chest,

See this light shining out from the center of your chest,

This golden light,

This cleansing,

Purifying light,

See it cleansing your heart chakra,

Washing away any grief,

Any pain,

Any sadness,

Any hurt,

Anything you're holding within your heart,

Allowing the light to cleanse and purify the core of your being.

Taking a deep breath in and out and seeing the light dropping down into your solar plexus,

See this golden light shining out from your solar plexus,

Cleansing the chakra,

Cleansing any unwanted heavy energy,

Allowing it to release and leaving only pure golden light shining out through you.

See this golden orb dropping down now into your sacral chakra,

See this light shining out from your abdomen,

Allowing it to cleanse and purify in deeper and deeper levels,

Washing away anything that no longer serves you and allow the golden orb to drop down into your base chakra,

Shining out,

Shining away any fear,

Any worry,

Any anxiety,

Anything that's been holding you back and see this golden light growing now bigger and bigger and bigger,

See it enveloping your whole body,

See it cleansing and clearing every part of your body,

Your physical body,

Your astral body,

Your spiritual bodies,

Your mental and emotional bodies,

See it clearing each of the levels of your being and see your energy field shining brighter than ever with this golden purifying light and then releasing this golden orb,

Thanking it for the cleansing,

The purification and imagining your energy field expanding now out from your body,

See it expanding now out into the room that you're sitting in,

Breathe into it,

Allow it to expand out,

Breathing in,

Allowing your aura to expand out to envelop the building that you're in,

Breathing in,

Allowing your aura to expand once again to envelop the neighborhood that you're in,

Breathing in,

Allowing your aura to expand once again to envelop the city or the locality that you're in,

Breathing in again,

Allowing your aura to expand out into the entire country that you're in,

See the light expanding outwards,

Allowing yourself to view this now from above as if you're looking down on the earth,

See your aura expanding once again and this time it expands really rapidly to fill the entire earth,

See the earth wrapped in your loving aura,

Your energy field enveloping the entire earth and then see and feel your energy expanding once again out into the solar system,

See the energy expanding past the planets,

The Sun,

Out further and further,

Expanding past stars,

Out into the galaxy,

See and feel your energy expanding out and out further and further to other galaxies,

Other star systems,

See it expanding further and further,

There seems no end to how far you can go,

Allow your energy to continue expanding out into the universe until eventually you come to pure white light,

There's nothing else,

Only light,

Connect with this light,

Feel it,

Know it,

Be the light and from this space of pure consciousness,

Visualize yourself meeting Archangel Haniel,

See her before you,

She walks towards you,

She's beautiful pink and green and turquoise colors,

See her greeting you,

She's so happy to be in your presence,

To be invited into your life,

She has a gift for you,

Within her hand she holds a beautiful rose quartz crystal,

She places the crystal within your hands and as soon as you touch it you feel the loving energy from this crystal,

The love seems to almost be overpowering,

It's so beautiful,

So powerful,

So expansive and real and you find yourself being drawn into this crystal,

You find your energy being drawn into the crystal and you allow it,

You allow yourself to be drawn into this crystal,

This beautiful rose quartz crystal until you're completely inside the crystal,

There's nothing but pink crystals surrounding you and it's so beautiful,

This space is so filled with love,

It feels so good to be inside this crystal,

This crystal which has been blessed by Haniel,

Which exudes love from the creator,

From source.

And you bask in this loving energy and as you sit here you feel better than you have felt in such a long time,

You can't remember feeling so good,

So joyful,

So peaceful,

So balanced.

And as you sit here inside this crystal,

You notice that there's fractals of light beaming through the crystal,

Flowing through the crystal energy,

The crystalline structure of the rose quartz and it's so beautiful,

You've never seen anything so beautiful.

You spend a moment just watching,

Appreciating this light show,

This beautiful energy bouncing around and it seems so magical.

And you notice that this realm that you're in is very different to the earth realm that you know,

Things work differently here,

It's as if energy moves differently and you notice that inside the crystal,

There's crystalline water which seems to be flowing through the crystal and as you sit at the center of this crystal,

You see this water flowing in and around you,

But it's not flowing as it would on earth,

It's flowing through the air just as it would in an anti-gravity atmosphere,

It's flowing in tubes of water that flow around your body.

And you watch in amazement as this water flows around you and then it flows straight into and through your heart center,

Cleansing your heart chakra with pure crystalline water of life.

You allow the water to flow through you,

It feels so good,

It feels so purifying,

It feels so wonderful and you know that you're releasing on a deep,

Deep level,

There's so much that is being cleansed away by this crystalline water of life that's flowing through you.

And as it flows through your heart,

It then begins to flow in and around your entire body.

It's as if you have become this water,

Flowing,

Allowing yourself to be in this state of flow,

Of ease,

Of joy.

To be in this purified state is such a blessing.

And it feels so blissful to allow yourself to let go,

To release all resistance,

To release everything that's been holding you back,

To step into the light,

To step into the highest divine expression of yourself,

To connect with the love that has always been in you,

But has remained hidden through layers of fear and worry.

And see all these layers being washed away,

Washing away any perceived difficulties,

Any perceived fears,

Anything that you've found has held you back or blocked you in some way.

It's all being washed away with a wave of pure healing,

Loving water of life.

And as the water flows out of your body and out through the crystal,

It takes away all of these heaviness,

The fears,

Worries,

All of it flows out of you.

And what's left is pure energy.

And the loving energy from the crystal,

These light fractals that you saw bouncing around now arrive and are focused on your heart center,

Just like a laser beam of light.

This concentrated loving light now flows directly into your heart,

Filling you up with the most beautiful,

Most peaceful,

Most blissful,

Loving energy that you've ever experienced.

And you allow yourself to feel this love,

To feel the joy expanding within you,

Bursting out from your heart center,

Filling your entire being with self-love,

With feelings of freedom and unlimited possibilities.

Feel yourself being filled with the light.

See and feel it flowing through every part of you.

Know that you are cleansed,

Refreshed,

And elevated to a higher state of being.

Enjoy this feeling.

And as you sit inside the crystal,

You're calm,

Peaceful,

Relaxed,

Joyful,

Filled with love.

There is nothing that you want.

There is absolutely no place else that you'd rather be than in this crystal.

And you're in this crystal,

And you're in this crystal,

And you're in this and in this space of pure love.

And you feel your energy being drawn once again out of the crystal,

Out into the light.

And you find yourself once again standing in front of Haniel with crystal in your hand.

She's smiling at you.

She's so pleased at your progress.

She's so pleased that you have connected with her on this level.

And she lets you know that she is always there for you,

That you can come back anytime you want or simply call on her if you need her help in your life.

She closes your fingers around the crystal,

And she places your hand at your heart,

And the crystal is absorbed into your heart.

You bow before her,

Feeling deeply grateful,

So thankful for this experience.

You see yourself now returning through space,

Returning through the galaxies,

The stars.

See yourself returning back to the solar system.

You see planet Earth in your sights.

See yourself zooming back down towards the planet,

Towards the country you're in,

Towards the city you live in,

The neighborhood.

You see your house.

See yourself zooming back in towards the room that you're in,

Your body,

Reconnecting with your body,

Reconnecting with the present moment,

Just taking a moment to ground your energy,

Connecting with your feet,

Feeling the heaviness of your body,

Feeling your feet heavy on the floor,

Feeling the magnetic pull of Mother Earth as she grounds you back into your body.

Allow yourself to be drawn down a little bit into the Earth.

Allow your energy to be drawn down a little bit into the Earth.

And then anchoring roots of light deeply into the Earth,

Remaining connected to above and grounded to the Earth below,

Completely balanced in harmony.

And take a moment to visualize a beautiful,

Protective light anchoring around your body now.

Taking a moment to see what color this light is,

Allowing the light to glow brighter and brighter around you,

Seeing yourself sitting within this protective light and visualizing the outer shell of light beginning to solidify,

Protecting your energy,

Protecting your frequency,

Protecting your high vibes,

And locking in the joy,

The love,

The peace,

Everything that you've absorbed from Archangel Haniel and from your own loving heart.

And now as you bring some gentle movement back into your fingers,

Your toes,

You feel like a new person.

You feel refreshed,

Renewed in the light.

You feel as if a new chapter of your life has begun.

You've left behind so much.

It's up to you now to walk in the light,

To be the light,

To stand strong in the light,

To spread the light.

You open your eyes coming back into the room when you're ready.

And everything looks a little bit different.

Everything seems a little bit different,

The same as before,

But different.

You're looking through new eyes.

You're seeing through the eyes of love.

You're seeing differently because at your core,

You are different.

You've connected deeply with the power of love within you.

And you know that that is who you are.

You acknowledge this powerful truth.

You take it with you as you go through your day.

And each day you remember this truth.
