Transcript

The Art of Easefulness Today I'm trying something new.

I will only eat what I like and enjoy without forcing myself to eat something that is said to be good for me.

I will read what brings me joy.

I will listen to music that moves me from within.

And I might dance a little in front of the mirror,

The TV,

Sofa,

Pet,

Partner,

Or under the stars.

Today I will practice being easy.

Easy going,

Easy tempered,

Easily amused and pleasing.

This is all for myself rather than worrying about someone else.

I will master the art of easefulness.

Today I'm going to take it easy.
