We all have those days where we're incredibly busy and fitting in even two minutes of meditation feels impossible.
But when our mind is running at great speeds and we haven't stopped for a moment and connected to ourselves,
We start to make mistakes.
So here's a super quick check in for you to do right now to just give yourself a moment for you so that you can go on and continue with your day.
So close your eyes if you feel comfortable and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Let it go with a sigh and allow your body to drop down.
Allow yourself to feel the weight of gravity.
Feel your feet on the floor,
Your shoulders dropping down your back,
Your neck elongating and your mind calming.
Now check in.
How do your legs feel?
Do they need to move or do they need to rest?
How does your torso and back feel?
Is there any stiffness or tightness that you could shift about in your chair right now and loosen so that you feel a little bit better?
How's your heart feeling?
How's your breathing?
Check in with your shoulders if they've gone back up high or can you drop them back down again?
Maybe roll them around a few times.
And check in with your mind.
Can it just hold a sense of peace for a moment knowing that all is well and safe and you'll be back at it within 30 seconds from now?
Check in with your mind and just allow it to just calm and quiet for a moment.
