Hello beloveds, Welcome to today's meditation - a poetic contemplative meditation on The One, the source of all creation, remembering who we are. We will contemplate together on a few lines, which will repeat throughout, similar to an affirmation meditation. I hope you enjoy this meditation, and thank you for taking care of yourself today.

Hello dear ones and welcome to today's contemplative meditation.

The invitation today is to allow these words to sink deep deep into your being.

To allow a remembrance of what might have been forgotten.

Before we begin,

Just arriving here now in this space.

Gently becoming aware of your breath.

Not trying to change it or anything.

Just allowing everything to be just as it is.

And when you are ready dear ones,

We shall begin.

Being here is enough.

You do not have to climb to the stars to meet the truth.

It is exhaling through your skin.

Touching this moment.

Feel the chair,

The earth,

The pulse under your hands.

The void is touching texture.

Spirit remembering body.

Being here is enough.

Being here is enough.

You do not have to climb to the stars to meet the truth.

It is exhaling through your skin.

Touching this moment.

And when you are ready,

Dear ones,

Bringing your awareness back into the room.

Gently opening your eyes if they have been closed.

I hope these words stay with you throughout the day and throughout your life.

Being here is enough.

Take care,

Beloveds.
