As someone with CPTSD I will teach you some powerful meditation techniques that will support you on your healing journey. This is not a replacement for therapy, but rather teachings on some powerful tools you can keep in your toolbox to assist you as you progress on your healing journey. By the end of the course, you will have learnt how to find a feeling of safety through meditation by regulating your nervous system. You will learn how to sit with your grief with kindness and self-compassion. We will journey through how to honour your boundaries and address the shame that often accompanies complex trauma.
