Take a few moments now to sit up tall and straight.
Find a comfortable seated position that you can maintain for the next seven minutes for our meditation together.
Bring your shoulders all the way up to your ears with a deep inhale.
And as you relax your shoulders down,
Exhale completely.
Two more times.
Inhale very deeply.
Bring the shoulders up and then exhale as you roll your shoulders back behind you.
And do this one more time.
Settle into your body.
Inhale very deeply.
Exhale completely.
And relax.
Press your palms together at the center of your chest.
We begin by tuning in with the Adi mantra,
Aung Na Maw,
Guru Dev Na Maw,
I bow to the teacher within.
I call in my highest consciousness.
Sitting up tall and straight,
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale completely.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale and let's tune in.
Aung Na Maw,
Guru Dev Na Maw,
Aung Na Maw,
Guru Dev Na Maw,
Aung Na Maw,
Guru Dev Na Maw,
Aung Na Maw,
Guru Dev Na Maw.
Inhale very deeply and set your intentions for practice today.
Relax your hands down to your knees.
And we begin this meditation using mantra and mudra.
Mantra meaning sound vibration and mudra meaning hand position.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
And as you sound out each of these mantras,
Bring the first finger and thumb to touch.
Sa.
Ta on the middle finger and thumb.
Na on the ring finger and thumb.
Ma on the baby finger and thumb.
Sitting up tall and straight,
Close your eyes.
Focus in between the eyebrows and slightly above and visualize a laser beam of light coming in through the top of your head.
And then focus that laser beam through your third eye.
Hold these focal points and let's begin the meditation.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
Sa Ta Na Ma.
Sa單 Em.

It has the power to rewire the brain,
To coordinate mental capacity,
And to reframe your circuitry,
Dissolving old memories,
Shifting beliefs,
And giving you a clear passage into your future.
Continue to use the mantra in your mind,
Sata Nama,
And pressing the fingertips together firmly to bring about change in the mental configuration of your brain.

And then relax your hands all the way back down.
Press your palms together at the center of your chest.
Sit here for a moment,
Calm,

And assess yourself.
How are you feeling now versus when you first sat down?
And let's close our practice with a long time sun and a long sat short nam.
May the long time sun shine upon you.
All love surround you and the pure light within you guide your way on.
Inhale very deeply.
