Hi there,
Welcome to this meditation to awaken your intuition.
Make sure you are in a comfortable position and that you will not be disturbed.
Take a nice deep breath and feel the air passing through your nose.
Making your belly and chest expand.
Exhale,
Noticing how relaxing the out breath is.
Once more,
Breathing fully,
Feeling your body expand.
And exhale,
Letting relaxation sweep over you.
Become aware of the nature of mind.
You could be thinking about your day ahead or of things that have happened in your past.
These are the louder things in your conscious awareness that could cloud your ability to heal your intuition.
So imagine that these daily concerns and past experiences are just passing by,
Like the scene out of the window of a train.
They are simply coming and going.
You do not hold onto a thought for very long.
Again watch the nature of your mind pass by,
As if you are gazing out a window of a slow moving train.
Just observe and watch your thoughts come and go.
As you do,
You can eliminate these distractions and bring a call to action of your intuition.
Begin to focus on your intuitive abilities.
This is a subtle part of your awareness that speaks to everyone in different ways.
Some may feel a sense of hunch,
Others may hear words or phrases guiding them to make good choices.
However you feel your intuition speaks to you,
Acknowledge that you appreciate this intuitiveness and hear yourself saying,
I trust my intuition.
I learn about how my intuition speaks to me through silent observation.
The more I quiet my mind,
The better my intuitive abilities.
My intuition guides me.
All I need to do is listen closely.
I respect and honor my intuition.
I practice listening to my intuition through meditation.
My intuition is one of my greatest gifts.
Good.
Now allow yourself to fall deeply into relaxation.
Listening in,
Understanding and breathing out,
Feeling calm and centered.
Now ask your intuition anything that you desire,
Pausing for a moment and patiently waiting as your intuition guides you towards anything you need to know.
Take a couple of minutes for that.
Try to connect with your intuition and listen closely.
Whatever decision you're trying to make today,
It will guide you.
Observe and listen.
Good.
Observe how you're feeling now.
Whenever you're ready,
