Find a comfortable position.
You just woke up,
You can still lay on bed.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now inhale deeply and while you are exhaling,
Repeat these words.
I am grateful for this new day.
Another deep breath in and while you are exhaling,
Be thankful for anything you would like.
You can say something like,
I am thankful for the free breathing air.
Inhale again deeply and while exhaling this time,
Go ahead and set an intention for today.
You can say something like,
Today I will be more compassionate with myself and others around me.
And a slow deep breath in and on your exhale this time,
Go ahead and give yourself the biggest smile ever.
Here you go,
You are all set to go on with your morning.
