Positive thinking is an attitude of focusing on the positive aspects of any situation. This attitude can have a significant impact on your mental and physical health. It does not mean that you ignore reality or make light of problems. It simply means that you approach the good and bad times in life with the hope that everything will be okay. During this meditation, I will guide you through affirmations that will help you begin to approach your life circumstances with a positive mindset.

Hi there,

Welcome to this meditation for positive thinking.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position.

You can sit down or lay down on your back.

Relax your shoulders and let your arms rest on your laps.

Relax your face,

Your jaw and whenever you're ready,

Go ahead and close your eyes gently.

Let's take a couple of deep breaths together.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale.

Let's do that again one more time.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale.

Now I'm going to go through some affirmations for positive thinking.

I invite you to repeat them.

You can do it out loud or in silence.

You can also just listen and reflect on them.

I am brave enough to take on any challenge.

I rest when I need to and take care of myself first.

I easily say no when my personal boundaries are being crossed.

I know I am worthy of amazing things every day.

I practice positive thinking as much as I can.

Thinking positively has changed my life.

I love myself no matter what other people say.

I am not afraid to be wrong.

I am open to hearing ways to improve.

Happiness is naturally strong with me.

I am confident even when I have moments of doubt.

I speak with self-assurance and pride.

I deeply respect others because meaningful connections are important for me.

Everything I desire is within my reach.

I have no limits,

Only endless opportunities to grow.

I am committed to living life with daily optimism.

Other people's negativity does not affect me in any way.

There is no wrong decisions,

Only things that push me through life.

I free myself from worry by overpowering worrisome thoughts with positive ones.

Positive thinking is stronger than negative thinking.

I am creating my life through the power of my thoughts,

Therefore I am careful about what I think.

I choose to be positive in all situations.

I am a beautiful person,

Radiating confidence.

Being positive brings about amazing opportunities and connections with wonderful people.

What I give to the world is what the world gives to me.

I am worthy of positive outcomes.

Precious and positiveness go hand in hand.

I am proud of all the things I have accomplished and let go of all things I did wrong.

I honor my commitment that I make to be the best I can be.

I use the power of positive visualization to create the reality I want.

I choose positivity over negativity in all of my thoughts.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
