Welcome to this meditation for positive thinking.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position.
You can sit down or lay down on your back.
Relax your shoulders and let your arms rest on your laps.
Relax your face,
Your jaw and whenever you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes gently.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths together.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale.
Let's do that again one more time.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale.
Now I'm going to go through some affirmations for positive thinking.
I invite you to repeat them.
You can do it out loud or in silence.
You can also just listen and reflect on them.
I am brave enough to take on any challenge.
I rest when I need to and take care of myself first.
I easily say no when my personal boundaries are being crossed.
I know I am worthy of amazing things every day.
I practice positive thinking as much as I can.
Thinking positively has changed my life.
I love myself no matter what other people say.
I am not afraid to be wrong.
I am open to hearing ways to improve.
Happiness is naturally strong with me.
I am confident even when I have moments of doubt.
