Hi there,
Welcome to this meditation for self esteem.
Growing up,
If we are lucky,
We get a lot of love from our parents,
Our families,
Our friends,
Which gives us kind of like a bank of a lot of love.
But if we're not lucky enough,
Maybe we didn't receive any of that and we had to find it.
While growing up,
In both cases,
At some point in our life,
We can lose track of what it is and what it feels like to love oneself.
And that doesn't allow us to actually explore,
Express our full potential.
During this meditation,
We're going to revisit some affirmations that will enforce our self-love,
Self-worth,
Self-esteem,
Self-trust,
Self-confidence.
Go ahead and find a comfortable sitting position.
Let your arms rest on your abs.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
Let's do that again.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in.
And release.
Now I'm going to read some affirmations.
Feel free to repeat them out loud or in silence.
I accept who I am and all my beauty,
Loving myself deeply.
I receive love from others who give it to me.
Wherever I go,
I extend love to others because I love myself.
I have unique talents and gifts that I share with the world.
The harder I work to love myself,
The more I'm rewarded by others.
I take care of myself and make healthy choices every day.
I deserve success and happiness.
I am deeply grateful for all of the people in my life.
My thoughts are full of love and positiveness.
I live a prosperous life and give to others.
I let go of the past and do not worry about the future.
I live only in the moment.
I enjoy life and life loves me.
I am supported in unexpected ways.
I choose happiness in all I do.
I have a positive outlook on life.
I see challenges as opportunities for growth.
When I look in the mirror,
I see someone that I love and care about.
It is easy for me to take care of my body through healthy eating and staying active.
I take care of my emotions by letting them express themselves and not holding them in.
I take care of my state of mind by avoiding negative information.
I avoid gossiping,
Encouraging others to stick up space in my mind.
To love myself,
I make sure to take breaks when I need them.
I make meaningful connections with others to explain myself love.
I trust that life is bringing me opportunities and when I see them,
I take them.
In order to love myself even more deeply,
I meditate regularly.
I do not need validation from others,
But when I'm complimented,
I accept these words of love.
I take care of my mind by learning new things every day.
I am a humble person.
I respect others,
Therefore they respect me.
I hope these affirmations make you feel good,
Remind you of who you are and how valuable your life is for yourself and others around you and the world as well.
You can revisit these affirmations as much as you want and share it around.
Let's take a couple of deep breaths together to end this meditation.
