Hi there,

Welcome to this meditation for morning enjoy.

I started sharing my meditation sessions here because of the immense benefits that I have gained from practicing and I wanted to share that with the world.

Before I start today,

I wanted to make a disclaimer that this meditation is not a substitute of any form of treatment that you currently have aim for any mental suffering.

I make this disclaimer because this is just my personal morning ritual that I decided to share with you all.

I have lost my mother few days ago and to cope I wrote this meditation for all that you know I practice every morning to connect with her energy.

So I invite you to sit down or lay down whatever makes you feel comfortable.

If you are sitting down,

Let your arms rest on your laps,

Relax your shoulders and relax your neck.

If you are laying down,

Let your arms rest alongside with you and try and weight yourself on the surface you are laying down.

Let yourself just be melt into the surface.

Once you feel comfortable enough,

Go ahead and close your eyes gently.

Now let's take two deep breaths together,

Go ahead and inhale deeply and hold it for a few seconds and then exhale.

Let's do that again one more time,

Inhale deeply,

Hold and exhale.

I call on the energy of mother earth,

Strong and stable.

I call on the energy of the air,

Flowy and infinite.

I call on the energy of the fire burning up vividly from the horizon.

I call on the energy of the water,

Flowy and waving constantly.

Because all these elements rise in energy,

So do I,

Because I am the combination of all of them.

Now I call on the ancestors,

Those who have left before me,

Those who have healed the head and those who have not because come too soon.

I want to know,

Are you resting in peace?

Did you join the ultimate energy?

Are you free?

There is no way of making sure.

This uncertainty leaves me worried for you mama.

Now I call upon your energy mama.

Now that you have left to join the all,

I have been far away from you for too long.

Now you are gone and I will never see you again in your physical body that I knew and loved.

So I am sad.

I shed tears,

I cry to release the huge knots in my gut.

I am sad and that is ok.

I am not ok and that is normal.

But I am also smiling because I am filled with joy too.

Because you see,

There is sadness and there is also joy.

If you observe closely,

You can see that duality.

I am happy you are free mama.

You are free from suffering.

You are free to fly high.

You are free to go deeper down.

Which way you choose to go.

I am happy you now transcend the human capacity of connecting.

You are infinite energy now.

I can feel you reaching out.

I can feel you connecting.

I can feel your warmth.

I can feel your spirit dancing joyfully.

I can feel you shining bright across the universe.

I can feel you mama.

I don't need my eyes anymore to see you.

I don't need my ears anymore to hear you.

I don't need my mouth anymore to speak to you.

All I need now mama is my spirit and my energy.

From the beginning of the times,

From our provenance,

From the common energy we come from,

From the all,

We have always been connected in the infinite energy.

Mama,

The love we shared and will continue to share transcends time.

You don't worry,

This might be a farewell but I feel you.

You are forever part of me.

I wish you the best journey.

And may your path cross again in the gap,

In the next lives if there are any.

And this is my hope for morning in joy.

Now breathe.

Breathe slowly.

If there are tears,

Let them flow.

If there is a smile,

Let it shine.

If there is anger,

Let it be.

If there is confusion,

Let it be.

But just breathe,

Keep breathing.

Breathe deeper and deeper.

You can stay here as long as you want to and when you are ready,

Draw your palms together to your heart and gently open your eyes.

Thank you for sharing this precious moment with me.

My name is Saha and I'm sending you a lot of love today.
