To your meditation with Badger.
My name is Renee and I will be your guide today.
Find a comfortable position to sit or lay down.
Wiggle a little bit and move your body.
And know that during the meditation you can always move.
If you have to move to be more comfortable,
Please do so.
You can always move and keep your eyes closed.
But being comfortable is really important.
Let the chair support you or let the floor support you.
And just feel how you're sinking in deeper and deeper.
Connect with your own breath.
Follow it slowly and calmly.
Know that the rhythm of your breath is yours.
And there is no specific way how you should breathe in and out.
But use it as a tool to calm your senses and calm your body.
Play around with your breath a little bit.
See if you can go deeper in your belly.
Or maybe you want to see how it feels when it's high up in your chest.
Just follow the guidance and follow the rhythm.
Starting your meditation practice,
Make it easy.
Help the flow.
I invite you to imagine that you are walking on this beautiful forest.
There are trees,
But there are also open spaces.
The light can fall in easily and effortlessly.
You can hear the birds sing.
And even the trees are talking.
There is this little sound going.
It's almost like a lullaby and it's calming you down.
Your walk is easy and simple.
But it brings so much pleasure and joy.
Just look around and pay attention to what you're seeing.
While you're walking here,
You notice that there is a slide going into the ground.
You wonder,
Should I go into the slide,
On the slide?
And it feels joyfully.
So you go sit down,
You push yourself off and you shoof off the slide.
And you go deeper and deeper and the slide goes around corners.
And you just feel more and more at ease.
So easy.
So much fun.
And then you notice that the slide is getting slower and slower.
And calmly,
You're coming to a stop.
And you notice that you arrive in this beautiful cave.
And it feels nice and warm and cozy.
You walk a little bit further and you notice that there is a door.
The door is open.
And you make your presence known.
On the other side,
You hear some noises.
And it feels like a welcome.
So you walk through the door.
And you walk into this beautiful badger family.
They all look up,
Calmly and easily.
And before you know it,
You're sitting down.
And you're playing with the little badgers.
Because they were the ones that kind of run to you and were happy to see you.
You're on the floor and they're crawling over you.
And you're feeling so welcomed.
The two older badgers,
They're watching from a distance.
They're paying attention to the energy in the room.
And they're slowly warming up to you.
Just take a moment and feel into the energy.
And look around what is happening.
After a little bit,
The little ones,
They go off and start doing their own thing.
And you connect with one of the older badgers.
They are of course curious.
Why did you choose to go and take the slide?
Just take a moment.
And sit with them and tell them what it was like to be on the slide.
You sharing your experience is really opening up into beautiful and relaxed energy.
An open conversation.
And you notice that there is a love and kindness that is connecting you and the animals.
You get invited to go and walk around and walk up from this beautiful cave.
And you follow the badger.
It's a beautiful walk.
And you feel how your energy is shifting.
It almost feels like things that are not serving you are just dropping off out of your energy.
It's being cleansed and cleaned by the earth that you are walking through.
And while walking through these tunnels you start to notice that you are getting closer and closer to the light.
And you're feeling lighter and lighter.
You've let go of some heavy things.
The badger climbs out first and you arrive at this open field.
You're sitting down and just take a moment to that transformation that just happened while walking up.
All the things that you've let go.
The lightness that is around you at this moment.
And just talk to the badger and see how you're feeling.

Just listen to the wisdom.
Listen to the words or maybe the pictures that are coming up for you.
Feel the warmth.
Feel how beautiful it is to be in a safe place.
With healthy boundaries up.
How you can shift that energy for yourself.
And how badger is helping you with the wisdoms and the words,
With the pictures.
And then start to notice how your connection with badger is coming full circle.
You're saying your goodbyes and the badger slides back in to his own space.
You're slowly getting up connected to that lightness and light feeling.
You connect with that groundedness that you have now with earth.
You feel like little magnets.
You feel nourished and supported.
When you look around you,
It's wide open.
And you pick your own path to walk down.
Your own supported path.
It's so nice to walk with this new energy and this new being.
You slowly start to reconnect with the chair you're sitting on.
Or the ground is supporting you.
And just take a deep breath in.
And feel how all this wisdom has found its place in your heart.
In your body.
Then take a deep breath in.
And when you breathe out,
Slowly open your eyes.
And reconnect with that.
With that journey that you just took.
The journey that has brought you home.
