Welcome to your dragon meditation.

My name is Renee and I'm so grateful to be your guide today.

Just start with taking a deep breath in and a deep sigh out.

Deep breath in and sigh.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in and sigh.

Beautiful.

If you haven't done so,

Close your eyes and just check in with your body.

If you're sitting up straight,

Have your sits bones really sitting in your chair.

Have a long straight spine and roll your shoulders back away from your ears.

Move your head from side to side and then slowly find that middle,

That balance.

If you're laying down,

Just find a comfortable position to put your body and then roll your shoulders backwards and lift yourself a little bit up from the ground and then slowly let those shoulders go and roll your whole spine straight on the floor.

Also move your head from side to side and then stop in the middle and find your inner balance while joining with this meditation.

Connect with your own breath,

Your own fire.

So feel how the breath is going through your nose,

Filling up your lungs,

Filling up your belly and then slowly leaving through your mouth and find your own rhythm of going in and out.

You maybe feel like there is a yawn wanting to come,

Join the breath and that's fine.

And before we settle into our meditation,

Just see and seek out if you can be a little bit more comfortable,

Even if it's only one or two percent.

Just find that comfortable place of being.

Beautiful!

I invite you in your mind's eye to envision this beautiful mountain.

It has this wide path that's going up.

It's such an easy walk and the weather is beautiful.

You can hear birds singing.

The trees help you with some shade sometimes and you have a good step into it.

When you go around the corner you see this amazing castle in front of you.

It's such a beautiful place to be.

The castle really looks inviting.

You enter into the beautiful gardens and you can see herb patches and flower patches.

There's some fruit trees there.

It's such a beautiful place to be.

While you're wandering around this beautiful castle garden,

You find this beautiful place to sit.

It looks like a rock.

It's easy to climb up,

So you're climbing on to this beautiful rock and just feel how the wind is playing with your hair and how you're breathing in.

Then you start to notice that this rock is moving and you notice that the rock seems to be splitting into three.

And while you're paying attention to it,

You start to notice that these are beautiful wings.

And then slowly the rock is moving a little bit more and there is this beautiful kind face looking at you.

It is a beautiful dragon.

He's kind of looking at you as you have woken him up from a nap.

And he is so pleased that you are here.

You can hear him say welcome and just take a moment.

How he introduced himself to you,

Giving his name or her name.

And while you two are introducing yourself to each other,

You feel how the dragon is slowly and carefully getting up.

You are slowly lifting up and sitting right in the middle of his body.

You feel how you're sliding forward a little bit and you kind of stop right at his wings.

It is such a safe place to be.

The dragon really feels playful.

And he kind of puts his wings around you,

So that he can lean against it like a chair.

And then he's spreading his wings again.

And you feel almost how the energy of the wings is just wrapping around you like a warm blanket.

Giving you that feeling of being safe and protected.

The dragon asks you if you want to go and fly.

While you're nicely bundled up in his energy.

So he steps up and sets up,

Spreads his wings and slowly,

Slowly you're going up in the sky.

Flying higher and higher.

It's so beautiful to see.

You're flying all over lands and oceans.

And then you notice that you kind of start flying over familiar grounds.

A place where you live.

The place where you work.

The place where your family and friends live.

Just take a moment and just really feel into how you are being an observer of your life.

Your day to day.

And just see how this perspective is being presented to you.

It's such a beautiful feeling.

The dragon keeps on flying and shares with you that he is going to take you to a special place.

A place to just rest and be.

You're slowly arriving at this beautiful lake.

With mountains and beautiful grass around it.

Trees.

There's some other animals drinking the water or grazing the grass.

He carefully lands.

And then goes and lays down.

And you kind of slide off his body and go sit right in front of you.

So that the two of you can look each other right into the eyes.

You put your hand on his face and you feel this relief of something big just leaving you.

And the dragon sighs and he shares.

Thank you for letting that go.

It hasn't been serving you for a long time.

It's good to let it go.

The two of you keep sitting there for a little bit.

In stillness.

In having a conversation.

In just enjoying a beautiful friendship.

And then you feel it's coming to a close.

The dragon invites you to go sit back on his back.

And you slide behind his beautiful wings.

The dragon gets up and flies back into the sky.

You feel how you feel the protection and the safety flying in this beautiful sky.

You're slowly arriving back at this garden of the castle.

The dragon slowly and carefully lands.

And you slide off his body.

You give him a big kiss on the nose.

And it makes him a little bit shy.

And then he reminds you that you know now his name.

And you can call upon him at any time.

And he will wrap around his wings if you need it.

Or blow away something to let go.

You feel this beautiful big smile on your face and you feel relaxed.

You feel re-energized.

Just take a breath in and say goodbye to this beautiful dragon that is part of your life.

The dragon finds the perfect comfortable place to take a nap again.

And you slowly start to walk back on this beautiful path.

Walking down the hill away from the castle and the beautiful garden.

You slowly start to connect with the chair you're sitting in.

And you connect with your heartbeat.

If you're laying on the floor you connect with the ground and connect with your heartbeat.

Start connecting with the sounds around you.

And take a deep breath in and sigh.

Feel how the fire breath is going through you.

One more time.

Take a breath in and sigh.

And when you're ready,

Take your time.

Slowly open your eyes and welcome back.

Take a moment to write some of the messages that you received so that you don't forget them.

Write down the name of your beautiful dragon.

And know that you can come back to this at any time you need it.

Welcome back.
