This meditation can be quite dynamic and emotional. It is not your typical relaxation or calm-based journey. This audio starts with stimulating poetry, followed by a visual journey that invites you to activate your breath, movement & even sound to release any old emotional blockages, limiting beliefs and stagnant stories that are stuck in the body. If you're not ready to explore your emotional depths, please honor that inner guidance and return when you are.

Hi,

This is Johnson Chong,

The author of Sage Sapien,

From Karma to Dharma.

And this is a guided visualization with the air of poetry.

You can either listen to this sitting down on a chair,

Or on a cushion,

Or perhaps even laying down.

The choice is up to you.

Get yourself set up and make yourself comfortable.

Who you thought you were.

Who you thought you were is nothing compared to who you are now.

Comparison has no room in this equation.

You thought you were a scared little child who nobody understood,

Plagued by the times when the fear of monsters under your bed were waiting to steal your essence away.

In fact,

It was these monsters who taught you to feel the fear and do it anyway.

The gift of lion-hearted courage.

Those times when you felt abandoned,

Left without a sense of support.

Wondering if anyone would come to save you from the devastation of utter aloneness.

You thought you were unwanted.

In fact,

It was that same feeling of aloneness that taught you to go inwards,

To find other resources for meaningful connection.

And so,

The gift of imagination was cultivated.

The power to dream a world of what-ifs and desired possibilities.

Those times when pain was inflicted on your mind,

Body,

And soul.

Where you were hurt beyond measure,

Abused and angry.

Railing at the injustices of the world.

Screaming how life's not fair.

Why me?

These moments of challenge taught the secret lesson of empathy.

Understanding that underneath the surface of the abuser,

You will find the face of the abused.

What a beautifully challenging moment to break the cycle of viciousness.

This opportunity to offer the unexpected in service of a greater purpose.

Which is to love all facets of you as me and me as you.

Unconditionally from the depths of the terrible to the heights of euphoric jubilation.

In truth,

This brought the gift of forgiveness to release and to let go.

To rewrite the old stories with an all-encompassing compassion that will drown out any future possibility of suffering.

Who you thought you were is not who you are now.

Now you understand not only with the analysis of the mind,

The labyrinth of tests life has thrown your way.

You viscerally understand the implications of light and dark in your gut.

Your body is the record keeper of stories.

And you,

The librarian,

You hold the key of choosing the books on public display and what gets locked away in subterranean vaults.

And remember,

Though you are a creature of the earth,

You are not designed to burrow your head in the sand.

You are not a hermit nor a crab.

You are multi-dimensional with the power to erase and rewrite the records.

You have within you the power to unburden these vaults of hidden stories,

These chambers of shame and pain.

For the sake of your spirit that longs to be free and for the sake of all those who like you yearn to connect to the secret teachings and inspirations of your history,

Will you take the key and let us in,

Let us in to the dusty chambers of your heart.

Take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out.

You have the choice to breathe in through the mouth for more activation or perhaps through the nose for a softer experience.

Tune in to the body and feel what's needed.

The invitation is to use the breath as the key to unlocking old subconscious unconscious patterns of sabotage,

Lackluster lack based beliefs,

Debilitating fears,

And anything that is hidden that needs to be reviewed and to be healed for the purpose of illuminating our true essence,

To step into the fullness of who we are now.

It is not easy,

But it is simple.

Continue breathing.

Tune in deeply to the highest version of you who is holding the key to this vault of old stories that are stored in the body.

Inhale and exhale.

See the body opening.

Feel it.

Sense it.

Experience the body experiencing itself.

You may continue to sit,

Lay down,

Or perhaps even stand.

Do what is true in this moment.

Connect to a part of the body that is experiencing some level of discomfort or perhaps pain and watch that point like a scientist.

What kind of sensations are present?

Feel them.

Then make a choice to go back to the beginning when it all started.

The very first sign of this pain,

When was it imprinted here?

Who was responsible?

How did it happen?

Give yourself the permission to blame and declare that this was not okay.

Give yourself the permission to feel the truthful expression of how you felt during this moment when your essence was under assault.

Listen carefully.

The invitation in the next five minutes is to explore the sensation even more deeply.

Magnify it.

If it gets hot or trembles or shakes,

Allow it to be.

As you magnify this,

Trust that now is the time to let it go.

You are safe in big ways,

In small ways,

In the most truthful way,

Your way.

Let it go.

Use the breath.

Use the voice.

If you want to shout,

Shout.

If you want to sing,

Sing.

Use the gestures of the body.

Jump,

Flail,

Dance even.

Be honest and true to the emotions that are surfacing.

You have five minutes to explore this through your mind,

Your body,

Your emotions,

Your spirit.

Here we go.

Here is yours.

Inhale the courage to address this face to face.

The vibrations,

The sensations that arise.

They are only vibrations and only sensations.

Witness them not as you.

The things that have happened to you.

What happened to you is not you.

Continue watching it.

Recite the lucid The body is intelligent.

The body knows that there is a threshold that it can break through.

Take your way to that threshold.

When you're ready,

Magnify this pain to the point that you are able at this moment in time and break through that threshold.

That's it.

All of that.

Continue breathing through it.

Continue through the breaking point.

Last few moments.

Whether you are far or near the threshold in the next five breaths,

Make the choice to let it go.

And through the threshold you go.

Feel the sense of relief of moving through this block.

Feel the sense of safety and great relief arriving at this place of lightness.

Like a butterfly emerging from the chrysalis,

Who you thought you were is nothing to the magic of who you are now.

You are beautiful.

You are pure.

You are light.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are present.

You are aware.

You are the courageous warrior of truth,

Slashing your way through the false.

You are loved.

You are lovable and you are love itself in its purest essence.

You are the embodiment of forgiveness.

Breathe that in and breathe that out.

Invite the medicine of forgiveness to shower you in a bath of surrender where you are connected to the bare preciousness of your soul.

This vulnerable open soul that is so fragile yet so strong.

This is the power of who you actually are.

Spend the next minute or longer breathing this in fully and deeply remembering the truth through your breath.

Take as much time as you need.

Do not rush.

Take as much time as you need.

Take as much time as you need.

Take as much time as you need.

Take as much time as you need.

When you are finished,

Treat yourself to a hot tea or anything else that you need to feel grounded.

Thank you for your openness and your willingness to explore yourself in this way with me and for trusting me as your guide.

If there is anything that is coming up that you need more clarity on or more support in,

I am happy to be of service.

Until next time,

Have a beautiful day.

That was extremely powerful, I’ve felt a blockage in my throat for a while now, and at the crucial stage I was yelling with my mouth wide open, with tears running down my cheeks. I released something, but feel like I need to revisit and work on this area. I’m slowly releasing whatever it is!! Thanks for sharing 🙏

Wow I wasn’t expecting to go back to a time before I was me, but the pain was mine and I didn’t realise how long I had been carrying it through lifetimes. That was pretty amazing! I stayed it the warm glowing safe place for a little while longer as well at the end. You’re an exceptional guide - thank you!

Here you may find a transformation or at least a powerfully evocative experience. This one stands alone, unique, waiting for the ready, the willing to enter. Personally I chose headphones going from prone to the deck, standing and moving.
