Today there's an invitation to truly become embodied,

To feel what it's like to be an empowered and embodied being here in density.

To begin this practice,

I invite you to bring to mind a time recently where you got to enjoy something new.

Whether it was a delightful new food,

Listening to a new song,

Smelling a new scent,

Or anything else that lit your senses up.

Tune in to what it was like to be in your body and enjoy those sensory things at that time.

Really noticing where that feeling of joy or delight or new experiences embodies in your physical form.

What does that energy feel like to you?

And then go ahead and release that.

Dropping into the breath,

Allowing the breath to be an anchor,

Allowing the breath to begin cultivating a bright orange light that fills the area from the solar plexus down into the sacral bowl,

Lighting those inner fires of your body,

Feeling that radiating out throughout your astral or light body.

Just being aware of the interplay,

The relationship between your light or energy bodies and the physical form.

We'll begin to cultivate some somatic awareness here,

Just inwardly listening,

Intention,

Gently scanning from head to toe and just noticing any areas where there is any tension,

Heaviness,

Any lower vibration feelings that might feel sticky or stuck,

Just noticing them,

Beginning to invite in some curiosity towards why those feelings or sensations are in your body in this moment.

Is there a particular emotion or memory that needs to be released?

As you sit with that awareness,

Inviting the breath to flow to those areas,

That inner light to begin to radiate outward the solar plexus and the sacral fires,

And beginning to fuse those areas that might feel stuck.

This is a gentle energy,

Allowing you to release anything stuck.

As you clear this energy out,

Beginning to notice what might be able to come in instead.

Can this energy,

This flame,

Be the charge needed to begin to tune in to what you need in your life?

How you can be more empowered in your daily embodiment,

How you can start,

Continue,

And end your days feeling empowered,

Passionate for yourself,

Strong in your internal values and convictions,

Listening to what your body is saying,

How your body wants to be nourished,

How your body wants to move,

How your body wants to rest,

Just being very intimately aware here,

Getting really honest with yourself,

Owning your truth.

Are you ignoring your nourishment,

Your movement,

And your rest in favor of things that are more exciting,

Sensations and pursuits that,

While they might light you up,

Need that counterbalance of rest and rejuvenation?

And now just breathing love,

Breathing love into the body,

Feeling that external source power ever present,

Pulling that energy down through the crown of your head,

Allowing it to wash over your shoulders,

Down to the tips of your fingers,

Melting down your chest,

Filling your abdomen,

Making that inner flame even brighter,

Dropping that energy all the way down into your root,

And allowing your roots to grow deep,

Deep into the earth,

Nourishing you as you nourish it with this beautiful awareness of,

Once again,

Your physical and energy bodies simultaneously feeling the multidimensionality of your being,

Being embodied in the ways that you want to be,

Recalling that sensation or memory where you got to experience something new,

Something that lit your senses up.

Go ahead and anchor that into the body by gently tapping on the collarbones,

Patting the hands on the thighs,

Dancing,

Swaying,

Whatever you want in order to embody this feeling of joy.

Now that you've cultivated some clarity in the system,

Opening up to more opportunities to experience these sensory joys,

The delight of being embodied in this form,

Also inviting in room for balance,

Awareness,

Listening inwardly,

Rest.

Once you feel complete anchoring those intentions for empowered embodiment in,

Go ahead and release.

Release the breath,

Release the hold on the intentions or thoughts,

Sensations.

Begin to really take in your physical space once again,

The eyes are closed,

Gently opening them,

Wiggling the fingers and toes,

Setting the intention to go about your day feeling more empowered than ever before with your sovereign ability to take care of your beautiful physical form.
