Welcome to your unfolding,

To your emerging,

Imagining yourself as a tiny little seed of yourself,

Just an egg,

Cocooned safely,

A fresh new soul for the world,

Completely untouched by the experience of the outside world,

Protected,

Sacred.

Now with the utmost love and joy for what is to come,

Feel yourself begin to breathe into your body,

To begin fully emerging from within your egg,

Cracking yourself open,

Emerging fully into the world of light and shadow,

Into the world of life and death.

Imagine yourself fresh like a caterpillar,

Newly seeing the world for the first time.

What do you see that is beautiful?

What do you hear that is beautiful?

What do you long to take in and embrace and embody more and more?

What lights you up?

What makes your soul sing?

This fresh new caterpillar you representing your inner child,

Your true nature,

Your completely unchangeable,

Untaintable,

Absolute sense of self.

Self-respect,

Self-awareness,

Self-reliance,

Self-confidence,

Self-realization.

All of this exists within you,

That you can love yourself so purely,

So truly,

So much more deeply than anyone outside of yourself.

Because it will be you and only you that will cocoon themselves in the darkness of the chrysalis to completely be reborn into your highest self one day.

But this is not a lonely process because you are joined by so many souls like you,

Ready,

Willing to go into the shadow of transformation,

To create themselves in their own self-image,

In their own image of the divine,

Of the cosmos,

Of the universe.

You are one caterpillar amongst many who will go through this process of transformation,

Together and alone,

Self-reliant and relying on the community,

Giving and receiving,

Creating balance.

So tuning back into your body with just a few intentional breaths,

Beginning to imagine yourself once again as this caterpillar,

Maybe noticing if your caterpillar has any fun features or colors,

Maybe this changes,

Maybe you're a shapeshifter,

You are,

You will be.

That's a part of this caterpillar to butterfly journey.

You're showing yourself you're capable of shapeshifting every moment,

Every day.

So consume that as you sense into your little caterpillar self munching on leaves and flowers and taking in the world,

The beautiful bright world all around.

Being curiously aware that yes,

There are dangers.

Yes,

There are things that could threaten.

But focusing back in on the beautiful leaf before you,

The beautiful life experience that has been offered to you.

Allow yourself to drink that in,

To take that in as a self-concept.

And as you take your next few exhales,

Really focus on letting go of anything that is holding you back from being fully realized in your ability to stay present,

Focused on what lights you up,

What you love,

Your passions,

Your dreams,

Your goals.

Just let go,

Release anything that is holding you back from consuming more good stuff,

Consuming more positive news,

More words of affirmation,

More love,

More light,

More peace,

More self-alignment.

Read that in and see your little caterpillar self taking in these affirmations,

Consuming one at a time like a single delicious leaf.

I was born to be who I truly am.

My nature is perfect.

I am designed in my own image and I get to aspire to being my highest self.

I love and accept myself.

I love and forgive myself for ever losing sight of my own dreams and the sacredness of my inner child's wisdom.

I love and accept myself.

Everything is happening for me and I get to rewrite the stories that are no longer true and I get to release the stories that were never true.

I no longer have to consume other people's negative beliefs.

I no longer need to consume other people's negative energy that may be angled toward me.

I am a safe,

Sovereign,

And sacred being.

I am loving myself.

I am caring for myself the best I can.

I allow myself to be nourished,

Cherished,

Respected,

Secure,

And in love with who and what I am.

And once again,

Just taking a few mindful breaths here,

Just feeling this present moment here with your physical body,

As well as your energetic body,

Sensing for a moment into your auric field,

The unseen energy field around your physical human body,

About a hand span away from your body or a little more,

Just feeling into that energy body for a moment.

And just taking a moment to breathe in light here,

Whatever color of light comes to you today.

Just breathing in that color or breathing in a sensation or a sound,

Whatever works for you here.

We're just giving you an infusion of beautiful,

Loving energy.

Just breathing in whatever energy you need to face this day with kindness,

Compassion,

And self-awareness.

And then once you've done that,

Taking a moment to anchor in to the physical body once again by gently tapping the collarbones,

Wiggling the fingers and toes,

Or whatever other gentle physical movement feels nourishing.

And be sure to slowly open your eyes and orient to your space,

Looking around,

Up,

Down,

Below,

Left,

Right.

And then if it feels good to do so,

Bringing hands to heart center and just giving yourself a moment of gratitude for showing up for your little caterpillar self,

The part of you that holds all of that inner child wisdom,

All of your joy,

All of your delight,

Your passions,

Your curiosities.

Deep gratitude to that part of you.

Be so tender to them as you go about your day or as you drift off to sleep.
