Over the course of the next few minutes,

You'll be visualizing a cloud breath to allow you to release some of the tension of your day.

So go ahead and begin by taking a few deep breaths and beginning to visualize that there is a perfect fluffy white cloud floating just in front of your face.

Notice the details of this cloud,

Noticing how pure it looks,

How comfortable,

How joyful and soft.

And then as you're ready,

Begin to imagine that you are breathing in this perfectly fluffy white cloud.

Feel it filling you and begin to notice any tension,

Any negative thoughts or feelings that you're holding.

Begin to leech into that cloud and then breathe that out.

See that dark cloud form once again in front of you and then as if by magic,

Transform slowly back into that perfect white cloud.

And then breathe that in again.

Notice that feeling of allowing all of your tension,

All of the gunk of your day,

All of the emotional baggage that you're carrying,

Seep into that cloud as if it's collecting it and breathe that out.

Do this a few times,

Not necessarily needing to follow my pace,

Just breathing in that pure white cloud,

Breathing out that smog of the junk of your day,

Watching it transform and then breathing in again,

Feeling with each time that you do this process,

The body beginning to relax a little bit more,

Perhaps the mind easing just a little bit,

Remembering that you might not be able to get rid of everything and that's okay,

If there's one little thing that you can release,

That's good enough.

Again,

Picturing the cloud flowing in,

Flowing out,

Transforming,

Breathing it back in,

Back out,

Releasing whatever you need to let go.

You can continue this after I've finished talking or you can conclude by just bringing gentle awareness back to your surroundings,

But do at least one more round,

Breathing in that perfect white cloud,

Breathing out all of the obstacles and strife of your day.
