Welcome to this cord cutting meditation.
I invite you to get yourself comfortable,
Whether you're in a seated position or laying down,
Just getting comfortable here and beginning to focus on your breath.
So we're going to be breathing in through the nose and letting it go through the mouth,
Just allowing your energy to ground to center and to come into this space,
Into your physical body and out of your mind.
Imagining with every breath you're inhaling through your heart and as you exhale your energy is pushing down and connecting with the surface beneath you that is supporting your physical body.
I invite you now to bring your hands to your womb,
Bringing your hands to your womb space and just simply connecting here.
And as you connect to your womb,
Just noticing if any flashes of imagery of the person who you wish to cut cords with arises or the situation that you want to detach yourself from.
Being in connection here with your womb,
The messages from your womb,
Knowing you are safe,
Knowing you are supported,
Simply just bearing witness to who it is that you may be cutting cords with in this meditation today.
And as your hands are on your womb space,
Beginning to recognize what part of your stomach,
Your womb,
Might be feeling like there's an energetic leak moving out of this space,
Draining you of your creative energy,
Draining you of the self-love that you deserve,
Draining you of your worth.
And just noticing where this leak is,
It could almost feel as though it's falling out of you like a waterfall.
And when you have pinpointed this space in your womb,
Bringing your hands there,
Holding this space,
Remembering to focus on your breath,
You are safe,
You are supported.
And as you are holding this space where this cord is attached,
Where your energy is leaking outside of you,
It is time to release this leak,
To patch it up,
To reclaim your energy,
And to only have love between you and the situation or the person who you wish to cut these cords with.
And just noticing if any flashes of imagery of the person who you wish to cut these cords with.
So as you bring your awareness here to this space on your womb,
I want you to feel the love pouring down from your heart,
Down through your hands,
And into this cord that's attached to you,
This space that isn't serving you.
And as you connect to this space with love,
Saying aloud,
I forgive you,
I love you,
And now I let you go.
I forgive you,
I love you,
And now I let you go.
And when you're ready,
Imagining that you rip this cord out of your womb,
Pulling it away from your energetic field and pushing it out into the universe,
Allowing the universe to fill this cord that is attached to this other person with unconditional love,
With the highest of vibration.
Knowing that you and the person or situation that you have detached yourself from can both now move forward in love,
In safety,
In sovereignty.
Let's come back to our breath here.
Again,
Just focusing in on the heart space as you ground your energy down to the surface beneath you that is supporting you,
That is holding you.
And I want you to remember that it is okay to feel self-love.
It is okay to feel love.
It is okay to feel self-love.
It is okay to feel calm and peace through your body each and every day.
And I invite you after this meditation,
Take some time to be in reflection.
Take some time just for you with your journal,
Maybe going for a walk in nature and just honoring that you have gifted spaciousness and the love.
You've reclaimed your creative energy and you've allowed the other person to feel free.
That is a beautiful,
Beautiful thing to do.
I'm going to end this meditation now,
But please take all the time that is required to feel grounded,
To re-center and spend as much time here with your womb space as you're called to do.
