Hello and good morning.
Today's meditation is an affirmation for momentum.
Today I have chosen 21 affirmations that I'd like to offer to your morning momentum.
A way for you to start the day with not only momentum but just a charge,
A power,
That internal light that you know is yours that maybe you've been having a hard time connecting to or looking at that light and charging it up so that you can spread it to the world.
You can do these affirmations in this practice in bed if you'd like or you could do it at any time during the day.
There's no requirement when you can offer affirmations.
But I want you to begin to really think of them as your own voice saying these affirmations,
Not me just telling them to you.
You see,
We need to switch the,
Not only the affirmation but the intention for the day to not being just words but really to be emotional sensations within the body.
As I read these affirmations,
Say them to yourself or even out loud as though you are charging yourself up,
As though this is the fuel for your day.
Let these affirmations sit with you for a moment and maybe even writing some of them down to place around your space,
To have them in your car,
To have them in your work space or your home.
These affirmations are powerful and they are shifting the way that we look at ourselves and they're going deep within our subconscious.
I overcome my fears by confronting them.
I release all negative thoughts of the past and all worries about the future.
I attract loving relationships into my life.
I am focused on my goals and I feel passionate about my work.
My efforts are being supported by the universe.
My dreams manifest into reality right before my eyes.
Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate good.
I can do anything I set my mind to.
I deserve the best and I accept the best.
I am not perfect but I am perfectly fine with being myself.
I am powerful and fearless.
The universe is filled with endless opportunities.
I trust myself.
I believe in me and I have confidence in all that I can accomplish.
I am surrounded by love and support.
I am superior to the negative thoughts and low actions that may be around me today.
My body is healthy.
My mind is brilliant.
My soul is tranquil.
I am worthy of the best things in life.
I now lovingly allow myself to accept these things.
I radiate energy and uplift everyone around me.
Through my contributions I make positive changes to the world.
I choose to be happy and to love myself today.
I am committed to improving myself and I am getting better every single day.

Now use these affirmations maybe as reminders of how magnificent you are and how wonderful your life is.
Use these as reminders to change the subconscious and move away from our thinking mind or analytical mind and move into present moment thinking.
I am going to encourage you to take these 21 affirmations and repeat this daily.
Repeat this daily for 21 days.
After 21 days maybe move on to other affirmations or affirmations that you create that are inspired by this activity.
Affirmations that help support you to building up the life that you are deliberately creating.
