In this breathing practice, you will be led throught 3 rounds of 30 deep breaths. Each round, you will progress from a 1-minute breath-hold to 2 minutes of retention. This practice will give you the opportunity to work on your willpower and tap into parts of the brain. You will bring your blood to an alkaline state and find a place of peace and presence. The background birds, waterfall and the affirmations "My Body is Amazing" from the beautiful voice of Ashley Graf will remind you how amazing you are.

I want you to take your breath and press it from your belly up through your heart,

Through your neck,

And really squeeze in your head.

Squeeze your brow,

Squeeze your eyes,

Squeeze and pressurize all that new oxygen.

At the end of a long hold I find myself clenching and kind of tightening up.

I want you to do see if you can relax here relax your shoulders relax your brow just hold just be in this moment.

That was AMAZING! I’ve practiced the original now for months but the addition of barely graspable beautiful voice AND 4 minutes at the end in which to meditate into the sublime fizz that the breathing has created just works so well for me. There are so few guided meditations that leave space!! Thank you πŸ™πŸΌ so much.
