Making our way into a comfortable position.
Maybe you're sitting on the earth with your legs crossed.
Maybe you're laying down with your legs up the wall.
Or maybe just resting and allowing the earth to support you here.
Make it to soften your gaze.
Or close the eyes.
Make it to soften your gaze.
Or close the eyes.
Noticing what feelings and emotions we may have been feeling or still feeling in this present moment.
Noticing what feelings and emotions we may have been feeling or still feeling in this present moment.
And then gently begin to relax your shoulders.
Maybe we hook the shoulders forward,
Up,
And back.
Maybe we clasp our fingers in front of us and round our back.
To allow the shoulder blades to separate.
As we rest here.
We come to fully accept our feelings,
Our emotions.
And to truly feel all of it with our heart.
Beginning to notice your breath here.
Oftentimes we can feel that our breath becomes shallow.
When we feel completely,
Fully feeling what we're feeling.
We can begin to notice any thoughts that come up.
Or stories that we tell ourselves.
To the more conditioning.
Notice it come from a distance.
And remembering to anchor in your breath.
If your body yearns for a deeper breath,

Thank you.
Maybe you begin to count your breath.
Maybe your exhales become a little longer.
Just be kind to yourself today.
And giving yourself exactly what you need.

Let's do that a few more times.
In through the nose.
And then a slow sigh out.
Three more times.
In through the nose.
And sigh out the mouth.
And slowly sighing out.
One last time in.
And slowly sighing out.
And then continuing to breathe deeply here.
Let's be present.
With what is.
Maybe.
Here we place our hands on the neck.
And gently,
Very mindfully,
Massaging our neck.
To help open up ourselves to what is.
And then we're going to take a deep breath in through the nose.
And then we're going to take a deep breath in through the mouth.
And then continuing to breathe here.
And then from here,
Slowly wiggling our fingers and toes.
Maybe blinking our eyes a few times before we open them.
And gently rubbing both of your hands against each other.
To create this warmth.
And placing your right hand on your heart.
And your left hand on top of your right.
And feeling that warmth.
Knowing that everything will work out.
Knowing that knowing that you're completely and fully feeling this feeling that you're able to truly let go.
Something you
