Coming into a comfortable seated position.

Just finding a pose where you're comfortable.

Maybe your legs are crossed or you're seated on a chair.

And gently lowering our gaze here.

Or closing our eyes if it feels appropriate today.

And noticing your breath just as it is in this moment.

As you breathe in,

Just quietly saying to yourself,

I'm breathing in.

And as you breathe out,

Quietly whispering,

I'm breathing out.

As you breathe,

Maybe come to notice the texture of your breath here.

Is it soft?

Maybe you've started to settle into your breathing here.

Maybe you've started to settle into your breathing here.

Just creating space for your breath.

And just feel yourself in this moment.

To come as you are.

And then from here,

We're going to gently deepen our breath.

Allowing the breath to settle into your throat and your chest as you breathe in.

And as you breathe out,

Completely emptying.

Allowing the belly to soften.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

And mind is wandering here.

It's absolutely fine.

You can always bring it back to our breathing.

As you inhale,

Slowly whispering,

I'm inhaling.

And as you exhale,

Slowly saying to yourself,

I'm exhaling.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Maybe you notice the sound of your breathing here.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

And you find yourself engaging in a thought.

Just bringing your attention back to your breath here.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Remembering to breathe here.

Allowing the breath to settle.

Allowing the breath to settle.

And then from here,

Before we open our eyes,

We'll just gently blink them a few times.

And then gently opening your eyes here.

And taking a moment to notice your surroundings.

Thank you very much for spending some time with me and spending some time with yourself.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
