Taking our way into a comfortable seated position.

And then just gently softening our gaze.

And closing our eyes.

Coming to notice your breath here,

Exactly as it is.

Just noticing what comes up here.

And then just letting them float by.

As we take an inhale here,

We quietly say to ourselves,

Breathing in,

I'm thankful for my breath.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing in,

I am thankful for my breath.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing in,

I am thankful for my breath.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Just continuing to quietly,

Very mindfully,

Saying this as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing in,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

Breathing out,

I am calm.

And from here,

We'll just gently blink our eyes a few times before we open.

And then before we go back to what we were doing before,

Just taking a moment to pause and to notice and check in with yourself.
