Slightly below your navel and a little bit in.

Inward focus.

Rest your attention at the solar plexus below the lower tip of your breastbone.

Attend to the sensations in that area as you chant the sound RAM.

Now be curious to sense what is happening at the center of your chest.

Remain attentive to the sensations at the center of your chest as you chant the YAM sound.
