May I live with a peaceful heart, Allowing grace to surround me, Even in the most difficult of emotions, Knowing this too shall pass. May I live with a peaceful heart, Gathering my practice of noticing, Accepting the moment just as it is, No resistance, No judgment. May I live with a peaceful heart, Sensing through body this anchor of wisdom, Holding me steady, Strong, And safe in whatever arises in the now. May I live with a peaceful heart, My expectations of you relax, My listening to you deepen, My seeing of you sharpen and focus. May I live with a peaceful heart, Knowing this intention authentically, Feeling the soft centered quality as I breathe, Arriving and dissolving again and again.
