Living in modern society, conditioned by a continuous stream of external stimulus, often creates a feeling of fullness in our nervous system and an illusory sense of needing to achieve and do more to make ourselves worthy of this existence.

Less striving, Less striving, Less doing, Effortless, Seamless and easy, The problem less heavy, The solution unfolding right here. A current of undercurrent, A subtle energy of force flowing, Like breath no need, No making it happen, This expansion of growth. Along for the ride, A passenger, A witness, A pure beam of light, The false sense of self falls back and allows, Its grace gathering strength, A gentle reminder in nature it resides, The role model before me providing, No drive, Swept up in its knowing, No resistance, No showing, Peace in this place, Glowing, Radiant and rippling, Like a drop in the water, Its energy concentric, Emerging this connection to source, This felt sense of single existence and essential part of the whole, The whole contained by the collective rush it provides, Its pulse alive like the heartbeat, No need to contrive, Absolute stillness of doing, The being arrives, Full of this moment, Absent of drive.
