So the sound of the bell signifying the beginning of our forest walking meditation,
Just letting your attention drift to your feet as you make your way through this beautiful landscape.
Just letting your eyes slowly touch the space around you as you also notice your feet moving you through along this beautiful path.
And as you take in through your senses and your sense of seeing,
Just noticing texture and shape,
Shadow and light,
Best you can bringing your awareness into your legs and also noticing your legs moving you through the space,
Letting your attention drift back up to seeing and noticing colors,
Distance,
Noticing stillness and movement around you.
And this quality of the body and the attention moving up to the arms,
Just noticing the movement of the arms in this present moment as you continue to travel through this beautiful environment in forest,
I seeing what's before you in the present moment,
No need to make up a story or figure anything out here,
Just noticing your surroundings with curiosity and awe,
Joy and wonder.
And as you continue to move this beautiful body through this natural scene,
This deep awareness that you are nature,
You're connected to this experience through the senses,
Alive and awake in this present moment,
Surrounded by the sites,
Listening to the sounds and drinking in through the ears,
The eyes,
The nostrils,
The smells around you,
Allowing the body to breathe in,
Receive this beautiful environment as you move through,
Staying attuned to the body moving through the space and for the rest of the meditation,
Just enjoying this experience of being in your senses,
Drinking in your surroundings through the ears and the eyes and the skin,
Noticing the sites around you,
Awareness of the body moving through space,
Receiving this gentle,
Loving presence of the present moment as it runs through you in this experience of walking in the forest,
This beautiful reminder of nature,
Touching up,
Receiving and flowing through your own true nature,
Sensing this moment just as it is.
As we end our practice,
Sending gratitude for your environment and your own true nature.
