Om Shanti.
So to begin our meditation,
Focus on the centre of our forehead.
I am calm.
I am peaceful.
I am loving.
And I am light-hearted.
Those energies belong to us.
They're not dependent on others giving me peace or gifts or happiness.
If I focus on happiness,
Happiness belongs to me.
I don't have to wait to receive appreciation from others or gifts in order to use my own treasure of happiness.
At some point in time,
Happiness was a natural energy.
I would feel it in my mind over and over.
Happiness was there to serve me.
Happiness belonged to me.
And then we begin to forget.
We forget we have this treasure and become dependent on physical happiness.
But that happiness hasn't disappeared.
It's only that I have forgotten to use this beautiful energy.
And so,
To use this energy,
I need to bring it into my awareness over and over again.
So that it can grow.
It can grow back to being a beautiful support.
As I go through my journey,
Happiness can be with me during turmoil and good times.
But it's part of my journey.
It's not an outcome.
It's an energy that stays with me.
That I need to start recognizing and bringing this energy back.
To fill me with lightness,
Smiles,
Good feelings,
And happiness.
I am a soul.
And original nature by the soul is love,
Peace,
And happiness.
